Update 7/30/22 - From 5 stars to 2. Unfortunately this place has gone down hill over the last 3 years. They changed the recipe for the pretzels a few times, but they were still good. The problem is that 2 out every 3 times you go there, they have no pretzels! The name of the place is “Twisters” as in pretzels - how do you not have pretzels at lunch time afternoon on a Saturday?!?! Can you imagine going to Auntie Anne’s not having pretzels when you go there? It just seems like they don’t care about quality service anymore.

The absolute best jalapeno pretzel you've ever had! When we lived in Long Beach, my spouse and I would make a special trip every now and again down to shoreline just to get a jalapeno pretzel and cheese dip. Now that we live in Lakewood it's a bit far to drive just for that, but anytime we're down here we get one or if one of us is down here we have one fresh and get two to take home. No one makes a...

Terrible customer service, the two ladies who work in these places never say good morning, no hello!

They look like they are doing people a favor! There are no sandwiches for sale, we brought our own and went to ask for a napkin, they simply only gave one per person, when we went to ask for more the same one said that the owner only lets them give one napkin per person, I've never seen a place deny napkins!

If I go, will I come back to this place? Never!

I went there for a napkin because my son got a nose bleed and they only gave me one napkin. I was trying to buy water to clean my son's blood off his face, they said the minimum charge is $5 dollars. That's mean. I asked if they could give me more after explaining the nose bleed, they said no the owner only allows us to give one napkin. They explained that the reason why is because people ask for napkins all the time. I get that, but for a kid bleeding from his nose I don't get that. There has to be some humanity in this business, and hope that money is not taking away the humanity of...
