I walked in without a reservation on Sunday with my 16 year old son and inquired about the speed boats. Carlos was very clear about what I should rent as a first-timer. So, I rented a basic speed boat for only an hour. Again, Carlos was very clear and made everything easy to understand. He even gives you a great tutorial on how to navigate the bay. Of course the actual speed boat experience was great! But it's nice to have the peace of mind that Carlos is only a phone call away and he will drive out to help you if you run into any issues while you're out there. Such an amazing experience. I always walk up and down the board walk and noticed they were one of the ones that had jetski rentals and for a fair price. I figured I'd try it and it was so worth it. The price was fair and the customer service was even better. Everyone there takes care of you. I thought I had a problem for a second but I made the call and they told me how to resolve it and compensated me for the lost time driving to and from safely and in accordance with the rules. Their boats are filthy disgusting junk!! I tried to rent a boat it was broken and had been broken for a while the worker said. They decide not to let me know any of they 10 days prior to me arriving there. They decide to tell me when I arrive for our designated time, so my 5 yr. old nephews could be disappointed in person.
