Panda Express — Restaurant in Longmont

Would like to mimic some of the other reviews highlighting the horrible customer service at this location. I walked in to place my order this evening. There was another guy who had just placed his order before me, walking around the counter to the pay area. As I was standing there in line, waiting my turn to place my order the Latina and her friend had a little conversation in Spanish (because apparently they had time to do so while customers were waiting in line). At the same time, a guy walked in with his small children, got in line to place his order, and she looked right past me and took his order. There was no confusing that we were not together, and the guy before me was paying at the register at that point. What a joke. I won’t be eating at this Panda Express again, and with this level of customer service, I can’t imagine they will be in business much longer. It’s a shame I had to give them one star...they certainly don’t deserve it. Go...

I've never seen such an inefficient operation. I went in at 5:30 to grab a quick meal. Two people are preparing and ringing up orders. One of those two however is taking orders from the drive through. As that person takes the order from the drive through customer they also prepare the order as it comes. That leaves the remaining person to take orders, prepare plates, restock the line, and checkout the guests from their walk in business. All of that happens while the drive through employee interrupts and cuts in and out of the food prep area. What happens when an online order walks in you ask? What happens when the dining area needs to be cleaned or wiped down you ask?

It took 15 minutes to 'scoop' three orders of food.

I have to admit that the ladies taking orders and preparing food are working as hard as they can with what they have. This location's management and overall system is...

If I could I would leave no stars but you have to put atleast one! Went in, got my bigger plate 3 entree and one side dish, payed, went to sit down and eat, all the tables were dirty, under the tables had food smashed on the floor, opened my food to start eating and there was a hair in my food! Went back up to show them the hair in my food and upon standing there watching her remake my plate and scoop up the rice I see another hair inside the new pan of rice they had just put out and I said stop there's a big black hair in there and I literally had to show her the hair imbedded in the fried rice and all she did was pick it out and continue on like it was nothing! Totally grossed me out, I got chow main and my entrees and left to never return again! I will be calling this morning for a refund of my order,...
