Service at this location has recently been horrible and maybe they’ve been getting a lot of orders and stuff after the pandemic, but its been two times that I go and they keep messing up my order!!! About 4 days ago I placed an order for 3 orders of 8 pc wings since I thought they would have a faster service than any local wing shop. Once I placed my order about 10-15 minutes later I received the notification telling me that my order was ready, and yes i did get there about 5 minutes after the notification. But turns out when I get there for “curbside carry out” and I call the store and even click the button on the website to notify them that I’m there they tell me that apparently my order isn’t ready, which i found so weird since they had notified me telling me it was all set. I really don't know what happened there because even after probably two employees came outside to ask me about my order they didnt tell me what was going on. I was seriously there for about 35-40 minutes waiting for some wings that supposedly were ready and they still expected me to wait more without giving me an answer to what was going on. I left the store mad without my order and called to make a complaint, they gave me my money back and they also gave me credit for 3 free orders of wings. So today I went back again, I called in in advance and told them I wanted to get that order of wings and they said it would be ready in 10 minutes and the employee even said he recognized my order. So I get there and once again they couldn’t find my order and they couldn't give me my order which is crazy, two times in a row wow!!! I got there, called in, told them I was there to pickup my order, and they told me they would be out shortly and nothing. Last time i went they told me it was because i parked far away but there’s really not a lot of parking space available so what do they expect!? So this time i parked closer and turns out they gave my order to someone else even though I gave the discription of the car and the model. I found out that they gave out my order to someone else because the lady that got my order called me. So I got mad once again and was disappointed, the employees themselves couldn’t even tell me that they gave out the wrong order once again and that they messed it up. If they can’t even give out a simple order its not even worth going anymore & I guess I lost my credit for my orders as well since the order was supposedly completed. Read moreAbsolutely the WORST Dominos Pizza experience I've ever had. 90 Minutes and two phone calls just to be told that if I come and get the pizza myself (after suggesting I could have walked there in the snow by the time I had to call again) that once I GOT to the store they would START on my order. I didn't get upset until such absurdity was suggested as being a viable resolution to poor service.
The excuse was given that there are only two drivers working and the roads are in poor condition, but the roads were in as good a condition as roads are in the winter time in Colorado and when I actually did walk there in the snow from the 600 block of Main St I saw 2 people at the register with no one in the store, 2 people making pizzas that one person could make, and two people in the back doing a job one person could do.
Then not only was the pizza not ready, I was met with apathy and a cynical attitude instead of apologetic and resolved to correct the issue. Then the manager suggested that because I was upset at the situation that they should just cancel my order and I should leave! I demanded that they finish my pizza that I had waited almost 2 hours for and had to walk in the snow 5 blocks in the middle of a winter storm to get.
On top of that, I was not refunded my delivery fee and was charged full price for a pizza that was not even fresh. I expect a refund (I'm charging back the purchase on my card regardless). I'll never shop at this store again and I am known to order $200-$300/week on pizza at times, in addition to leaving bad reviews, and telling anyone I can that this location is garbage and run by garbage management.
If this was my store I'd fire everybody who was working tonight and do everything myself until I found people worth paying anything at all. And I'd do a better job than what they did tonight....
Read moreI ordered a pizza, once this pizza arrived at my house i realized that it was indeed the wrong order, or so i thought.... I looked at the pizza and thought to myself "hmm... i dont believe i ordered a basic tomato sauce and pepperoni pizza". I proceeded to call up the dominos and was greeted with the first guy whos name i dont remember, he forwarded me to kevin the manager after i told him my problem. I spoke with kevin who said that they were understaffed and he wouldnt be able to send the pizza out tonight and further offered me a credit for the "wrong" pizza. I said if they could deliver it at any point during the night that would be fine as they close at 1 am, kevin said he would try but may not be able to, i let him know i wasnt worried and i will just look out for it. I got off the phone with kevin and decided to check the pizza i ordered in my email, to my surprise i realized i made the mistake and indeed did get the feta however i ordered it with tomato sauce... rookie mistake. I called the boys at dominos back up to let them know my blunder and that i could deal with the pizza if the only thing wrong was no feta....to my surprise they said kevin is remaking the pizza right now and is sending it out, showed up about 10 minutes after that.
