You get what you pay for, honestly. This location is slow af. I get asked to park on almost every order. Having worked at a McDonald's, I know it's not that hard to get a happy meal, 2 mcdoubles, 2 hot n spicys, and a medium fry together. While the fries are always fresh, the mcdouble is usually dried out and seems to have been missed in the seasoning. They seem to have one person working both drive-thru lane or it's just coincidence that no one speaks to me until the other lane pulls away. Even though i was there before. While I don't expect much from the employees, it would be nice to have someone have basic personal skills. Sometimes, they don't speak or look at me when handing out the order. The request to pull around sucks too. More often a directive than a request that's mumbled. My time working at McDonald's was different I guess but we spoke clearly, asked the customer if they could pull up and since they were parked anyway, we made sure the order was right and waited for fresh food to make it worth the wait. Also, why tf can't I order a cheese burger happy meal in the app? I have to order s hamburger and add cheese but from personal experience, i know that the systems have a specific option for a Cheeseburger happy meal and if i order on location, the screen shows as Cheeseburger rather than hamburger add cheese. Read moreWhen I logged into my app, it was before 10:30 and said this location served breakfast until 11. I didn't care if I had breakfast or lunch, I'm just pregnant and hungry. I placed a breakfast order using venmo at 10:26am and immediately drove down to pick it up. I arrived at the drive through just after 10:30 and was told by the male cashier that they were no longer serving breakfast and he would be unable to fill my order, despite the app saying they served breakfast until 11. My order was placed before 10:30, so either way I felt it should have been honored. I was told I would have to wait 2+ hours for the money to be redeposited into my account. I had also used rewards, and the app wouldn't let me reorder or use new rewards until my previous one was canceled, which took them about 15 minutes to do, and even then the app wouldn't load their lunch menu until 11:00, so I had to wait in the parking lot for nearly 30 minutes before I could replace my order and use my rewards for lunch. Why are you taking mobile orders for breakfast and not honoring them? Seems lazy, update your locations app and honor orders that are placed before the breakfast/lunch switch even if they are close to cut off. To top it off, my fries were half empty. Read moreI typically do not leave reviews but every time I come here all staff is usually kind .I always order off the app & this morning I was handed the wrong order and explained it wasn’t my order . The lady asked me what my order was and I told her it was a mobile order and she still looked clueless and the lady at the window asked me what exactly my order was , I told her it was just a sandwich and she asked me to park . She already parked 2 cars in front of me and I had explained I cannot be parked for JUST A SANDWICH because it was going to make me late for work . This lady with the RUDEST attitude stated she has to park me and I said no way I will stay here and wait for my order . When my order was ready she very rudely and with an attitude handed me my order and I had asked her her name and she said “my name is Emilia ughhhh” and rolled her eyes at me.
