Starbucks — Restaurant in Longview

What is the deal with this Starbucks? I've always had lovely experiences at Starbucks, but this one location is every time, just a weird, condescending, rude vibe from the older ladies that work there. When I fumbled the name of my drink, this woman looked and talked to me like I was an alien from another planet to the point I just said, nevermind the drink, I'm just going to get my kids something. Then, the chip reader didn't like my card and she looked at me like I was vermin lol I took that as a sign to go 7 minutes to a different location. And the time I went there before, I felt similar- like, why is this barista so angry with me??? The girls that served my client today (1/16/23) around 1pm. Are RUDE!! My client was sent by her mom to use her moms card to get her mom a drink. My client did 2 separate transactions one on her card and one on her moms. The barista was super rude and was like “why are you using 2 different cards?” My client then explained that the other card is her moms and she’s getting a drink for her. The barista then said “you shouldn’t be using other people’s cards.” Which was none of her business and acted like she’d never had to do two transactions ever in her life. Horrible location. First, it's right near the entrance and the area gets clogged with Safeway shoppers and Starbucks customers. Second, the staff is less than friendly with a poor attitude. They really don't like interacting with their customers, especially if you are not really sure what you want. Third, this location has a very poor area if you want to stay and drink your beverage there. The area seems very untidy and not real clean. Not sure if this is Starbucks responsibility or Safeway's.
