Wendy's — Restaurant in Longview

I had went Wednesday Night . I had people over , Had been cooking all day for thanksgiving the next day . I went about 9:30 . And ordered 7 sandwhiches All of them being plain except for two . They pulled me up , Was almost 10 by the time the food came out . All the burgers were smaller burgers . As I was pulling up to the first window , There was someone in the back ground yelling and cussing about making my order . 7 F"in" burgers , Just going on and on. Made it to the second window , Said person was STILL yelling and cussing . Pulled up , Waited almost 30 minutes . For the whole order to be wrong , Store closed , Next day closed for thanksgiving . Fast forward to today , Owner isnt taking calls today and Store cant refund any kind of orders Themselfs .

If you want to be judged for your order , Because your cook is impatient , This is your Place to go .

Edited to add : I was contacted and refunded Today , They were very professional in handling the situation . " Ricky" Is wonderful and helped me in a timely manner . Also promised to take care of the problem , Which i hope is true . Because whoever it was that night , Doesnt need to work in fast food with no patience , And if he does continue , I hope this was a learning...

I have been extremely disappointed in the service at my local Wendy's on multiple different visits. My fist issue with this location was a few months back. I drove up to the drive thru line and waited in line for 15 minutes with 10 minutes still remaining before closing. I was told at the window when I finally drove up that they were closed. I had explained to them that I had been waiting in line for 15 minutes and they said there's nothing they can do and continued to tell me they were closed before time. I let that situation go thinking maybe I caught a bad day. Today I went in pouring rain and asked for one Dave's single meal and one 10pc nugget. I proceeded to drive home in the bad weather and realized when I got home I was missing the nuggets entirely. I drove back and said I ordered a 10pc nugget. I told the guy 4 times I ordered a 10pc but I didn't have the receipt. He gave me a coupon for my troubled and the lady at the second window took the coupon from me saying I should never have been given that. The handed me a 6pc nugget after that. These issues have completely turned me away as a customer. I loved Wendy's and have tried to give this location a chance but it's the only location I have ever had an issue with. It...

Food was good. Order was right. Cashier was an absolute jerk. He started out by telling my son that he had to get behind me in line because "ladies first". I don't feel like thats his business to do anyway but still I pointed out to him that I'd just told my son to go ahead of me because I didn't know what I wanted. He said it didn't matter and that we were going to do it his way. One of my kids had already eaten before we came so he just ordered a cookie. Our cashier insisted he order something nutritious. My son told him well I ate something nutritious at home already. The cashier said if you're not going to then I'll have to help you order something. After a few minutes of us just standing there awkwardly staring at each other he gave in and asked what kind of cookie. Then my mother-in-law asked if they did a senior discount. Instead of answering, he huffed loudly and then applied the discount.
