Not only are the drinks tasty, service is excellent at this place! I had accidentally ordered the drinks to the Burlingame location when it was meant for Los Altos. Upon finding out my mistake on arrival, the staff and store manager were kind enough to offer to re-make my drinks at their location without hesitation. In addition, since we were waiting for our drinks, the store manager offered my girls some free cookies! My girls have been wanting to try them out - the Ube snickerdoodle & Peppermint white rabbit cookie. They were delicious! Right before I left the store, he also treated me to a Milk Tea Blondie! Have literally been emailing them for 3 months about the same simple question about their straws, and have yet to get an answer. Ordered two different matcha lattes on October 2nd around 3:00pm; this was the first time I've ever experienced Boba Guys serve half cooked boba 😭😭 the insides of the boba were hard and the outside was strangely slimy. I could have just had the one off batch they ever make, because usually, this place is great.
