This is a family owned restaurant with a lot of soul. So I want to celebrate them, offer a little feedback, and encourage others to try them out.
We saw the positive reviews and were looking for a burger nearby and this place was inexpensive and walkable.
Service: Introduction/Welcome: 8/10 - Super friendly Offerings/Menu: 8/10 Etiquette/Professionalism: 8/10 Extra Mile: 10/10 Attentiveness/Efficiency: 10/10 Payment/Close: 8/10 - Use Toast and modern tech
Here are the 3 things that I would adjust to get higher scores from me in the service section. 1 - The automated machine at the front was not functioning. I struggled with it and I watched the couple behind my group struggle with it. It kept saying 'Network Issues' 2 - Think about the logistic when people walk in - make it seem intuitive where you want them to go, THEN maximize the seating elsewhere. 3 - Put the menu up on the wall behind the cash register, instead of infront of the counter (realizing this was prob just temporary)
Ambiance: Background Music: X/10 Guest Noise: 8/10 Kitchen Noise: X/10 Lighting: 5/10 - Location: 10/10 - Great location! Overall Atmosphere: (need a little more cohesiveness) - 5/10 Design/Decor: 5/10
These are my suggestions here: You guys need a little design touch - have some drop lighting with a different temperature. Play around with the music choices. You guys are Indian-inspired - its okay to showcase that a little - I loved that about you. There is a lot going on and a little cohesiveness will go a long way. Noise is tough to solve but experiment with music and some sound panel - if you have a budget a drop ceiling will completely change the experience
Food: wow! Carnitas Burger - 9/10 The uniqueness of the burger as a flatbread - pocket burger was great! It's definitely a different twist on a burger but packs a lot of flavor. Bravo!
Truffle Fries - 10/10 Who ever crafted the fries did a fantastic job! It's difficult to do truffle fries without them feeling too heavy. These were perfect
Please note - I am not trying to be overly critical - I know how difficult it is to run a restaurant, especially your own brand and unique style. With a little bit of marketing you guys will be...
Read moreLoving this spot in Little Tokyo near downtown LA. It's been open for about 8-9 months. They serve up some healthy flatbread 100% Grassfed burgers. The flatbread is made daily by Raj who is the founder and Executive Chef.
I started out with the Breakfast Burger and wow it was super delicious. Who would have thought that flatbread Foccacia would be a great bun for a burger? Raj was definitely onto something. It does hold the meat pretty well vs a normal bun. These burgers are fully packed.
Also, another one I tried was the BBQ Burger. Now this is not for the faint of heart. It is rich in flavor and so juicy. They use beef tallow, which makes it very flavorful.
My friend really enjoyed the OMG Burger. She finished that whole thing. The burgers have double patties. Her teenage son really liked the Carnitas Burrito.

This new burger spot in the heart of Little Tokyo is the best thing you will put in your mouth. I’m not sure how something so simple as a burger can be so satisfying. Each layer of this burger is something special.
Starting off with their artisan flatbread: it’s made to order, has a nice crunch on the outside & perfectly chewy on the inside. ( For my brownies, this basically tastes like Naan, so you know I’ll be calling this a naan burger) Mind blowing!
They use grass fed beef only, their fries are fried in beef tallow (No seed oils). The seasoning on the fries is incredible — paired with some garlic ranch & chipotle aioli is also MIND BLOWING. (I tried the veggie patty burger during their soft opening but I’m not sure that’s on their regular menu yet) Regardless, all you need is one bite & you’ll be hooked.
The prices are impressively affordable for the quality. They have a great lunch special package and just came out with a breakfast menu too so you know I’ll be back to try that!
Customer service is above & beyond. It’s a family owned spot & you can tell they truly care about the business. Food exceeds expectations. Atmosphere is casual & parking is street & lot. Looking...
