This is one of a very few ‘fast-food’ chains in the LA area that actually always gets your food/order right. The grilled chicken is good but their breaded chicken is amazing, as well as their chicken sandwiches! The waffle fries are almost always perfect and the superfood broccolini/kale nut salad is surprisingly delectable if you’re looking for a healthier option (not to mention the fruit cup)! The breakfast options here are excellent and much better quality than most other, similar fast food breakfast options – including the coffee! The staff here is always friendly and easy to understand. There is almost always an incredibly long line with at LEAST 10 cars in line, yet it always moves impressively quick, usually about 20-30 seconds per car. The worst thing about this location is the way the drive-thru and parking lot are set up, as it is very inefficiently set up and can become hazardous during the peak times. When there are more than 20 cars in line (which happens quite often), the line often goes into the main road near the highway and because there are multiple ways to get in, sometimes cars will try to cut in line by coming in from another direction and there are no staff members at those locations to control the order of the line. The parking situation here is an absolute mess, as the drive-thru line goes right in the middle of the parking, instead of being separated like most places. Additionally, there are parts of the original drive-thru line that are not being used at all – they are blocked off with cones – yet they could/should be used as parking spots. This location severely needs to take the time to redo their parking lot and drive-thru line to make it safer and more efficient, especially with all of the traffic/business they get. They should also be open later (especially on the weekends) because there is always still a long line at closing and usually quite a few people inside the...
Read moreDear Chick-fil-A Customer Service,
I am writing to follow up on an incident that occurred this evening at your Store #03331, which I have already reported through your website. However, due to the seriousness of the situation and my continued concern, I felt it necessary to document my experience more fully.
While receiving a curbside pickup order, an employee aggressively pushed the bag of food and a drink carrier containing two beverages into my chest instead of handing them over respectfully. This resulted in one of the drink lids popping off and the beverage spilling on me. The employee walked away without acknowledging the spill or offering any apology or assistance. I was left stunned—not only by the physical impact, but also by the complete lack of professionalism and care.
As someone who has been a regular customer at this location for quite some time, I found this deeply upsetting. I have always associated Chick-fil-A with excellent service and courteous staff, which made this experience even more disappointing.
When I spoke with the store manager, I expected a sincere effort to remedy the situation (not even a refund). However, I was met with a vague response about possibly offering a “reward,” and no offer to reimburse or replace my order. While the apology was appreciated, a coupon or vague promise does not feel like a proportionate or adequate response to being physically mishandled and doused with a spilled drink.
I hope Chick-fil-A leadership takes this matter seriously. At the very least, I believe I am owed a full refund for this experience, and I would appreciate a more thoughtful resolution than what was...
Read moreFor several weeks I've dined at the Jefferson Blvd. Chick-Fil-A for breakfast, and for the fifth time within 2months, I was refused service from the breakfast menu, due to inefficiency from the cashiers, cooking staff, and branch management.
For the fifth of the last nine visits I have made, I have entered the restaurant 20mins before the designated close of breakfast (10:30am) and have been refused the option to order upon finally reaching the cashier. Furthermore, when I have explained my prolonged wait, I was met with indifference from the cashiers, while the cooking staff displayed rude and condescending attitudes toward my request.
Being a GA native, I have dined with Chick-Fil-A since 2005, and have appreciated the usually impeccable service I usually receive. Yet, this particular branch continues to fall short of meeting the customer-service oriented characteristics for which the company prides itself upon. It has become a recurring problem that every morning, especially on Saturdays, there is a 30-45min wait when choosing carry-out, and roughly 50min for Drive-Thru service.
I have become so frustrated with this location that I have begun choosing to dine with the UCLA -Westwood branch (though 30mins further) just because of their continually professional and expedient service.
I will always be a steadfast Chick-Fil-A supporter. Yet, this location is perpetually damaging a brand which I love, with inefficient service and indifference to timely...
