Chop Stop — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I really don't understand why this place even exists. First, you can just go to Trader Joe's or Ralph's and buy a much cheaper and healthier alternative. This place is way too expensive for what you get, and the staff are extremely rude and condensing. For example, why do I have to pay 35 cents extra for dipping sauce when I paid 15 bucks for my salad, which by the way, was 90% covered in romaine lettuce. That's literally a scam! Second, the salad is horrible in terms of the quality and the taste. I have been to so many restaurants and places, and this has been the worst caesar salad I have EVER tried! In fact, the salad tasted bitter and the eggs were bad! Also, the menu is so confusing, and it was really hard for me to understand what goes well together or how much they put into my salad! Why don't they just copy the open experience you get from Subway, Chipotle and Cava. Altogether, I really don't understand the point of this all. My verdict is clear, I am never coming back and hope others don't make the same mistake. Just go to one of those nice restaurants or buy salads in Costco, Trader Joe's, Cava, etc., if you are...

This is the second time I ordered from this place they have great salads verity combinations on their menu but you can also build your own salad. Everything is super fresh and really tasty and is great for a quick lunch grab. I live in Woodland Hills and the delivery on both times that I ordered was very fast it was like 20-25minutes Only which is great when u are hungry. I personally love the Asian Chop and has low calories unlike other Asian salads I’ve ate in other places . Prices range like $14-16 and you can also add to the existing ones or Build your own. They also are located at a small shopping center with lots of parking so you could either eat there or order like I do . The salad was good but the customer service was disappointing. Me and my girlfriend decided to try this place because she loves salads. After spending about $29 on two salads, when they called my name for the order there was only one salad. When I asked about the other, the same guy that took my order said that someone else must have taken it. As if oh,well!! I reminded him that I paid for 2 salads then he demanded to see my receipt. Mind you that this was the same guy who took my order. Turns out that the other salad was still being made. Very poorly handled by the employee who took my order. I realised that I ordered the wrong kind of dressing on the side and was charged 25 cents to replace it. I could think of alot better places when it comes to customer service especially when paying that much for 2 salad.. With the way the employees made me feel as a paying customer, 2 star review...
