Starbucks — Restaurant in Los Angeles

The cashier guy with the glasses was nice taking my order, but the drink that I received was not the same as it used to. The taste of the Ice Caramel Macchiato was just different, it's not the usual taste when I get at Starbucks in Colorado by Shell. I wouldn't want to get my drink here again just cuz it's not the first time it has happen. Also shouldn't there be a discount when you bring a reusable cup, well for some reason the cashier didn't give it.

Its a hit or miss of who makes...

This morning I ordered 2 lattes and 2 roasted ham sandwiches I waited long enough for the lattes and once they finally called me guy tells me we are out of ham sandwich BTW this was the second time it's happened at this location I just haven't complained because I had hoped that it was just the one person but apparently it's the whole crew that doesn't attend certain customers just like they should..for over priced coffee not worth the best...

Very disrespectful employees and they take forever to get your order and drinks. Plus they ran out of ingredients too. And for the record you have get in line to get a free cup of water. So, please if you want water order with you other stuff if not you will have to wait...
