Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Left a review on Yelp over 1 week and a half ago but I’m not surprised I haven’t heard anything back. But I’ll leave it on here because they deserve to have bad reviews written across different platforms. I used to never have an issue with my order from here but in the past few months every time I order there's something wrong with my order. There's always sormthing missing. This time they forgot to put the curly fries with my munchie meal. I ordered a loaded tiny tacos with extra taco sauce and would you believe it, no sauce or any of the toppings that were supposed to come with it. They literally gave me plain tacos that were also stale. The other tacos I ordered as well had no sauce when I never asked for there to be none. They also never provide sauce packets - I would ask for it but they dont even give you an option on doordash to do so. That's stingy behavior. No cutlery when there is CLEARLY items you ordered that require eating with a fork. The order I received was embarrassing for a "big" company, do better...

I love jack.since i was a kid.to all people who grew up on jack and mc donalds.and your friends in conversation.ask u.which fast food.would u choose.from carls jack in the box.mc donalds.wendys.or del taco.and more.the best ive ever had was jack in the box and mc donalds.remember.at the bottom of the bag was always one fry left.that was mine.lol.im t6 and both have lasted threw out my growing up.if u have lived in cali.then u no the best.and jack is one of the best.there like family.my dad drove us there when we could afford for 6 kids and mom and dad.those things u dont forget.thanks jack.u have always...

I really like this Jack in the Box. Everyone that works there are so friendly and helpful. I have been to this specific Jack in the Box three times so far and I have had a great experience everytime. I have visited this place for breakfast every time as well. The restaurant is always so clean as well...so are the restrooms. Which you need the cashier to let you in, by the by. I have ordered both, the breakfast plater and a double Jack. And, I have enjoyed every meal. Great place, great service and fast good food. Definitely...
