Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I had a written gift certificate from a manager from a location 6 miles away. I ordered the pizza over the phone and went to the location to pick it up. When it came to pay, I presented the gift certificate. The manager, with a very lazy voice is saying we can't accept this without a reason. I asked why and then he began to read the certificate to find a reason why he can't accept it. Then he reads the back and says "it says accepted at locations written on the gift certificate". There is no location written on the certificate. And he says "that's why we can't accept it". I explain that because the manager forgot to write the location, it's my fault and you can't accept. When I said that, he says: no but I can't accept it because it's a old certificate. But there is no expiration date on the certificate. He then says go back to where you got it from for them to put down the location. So at this point he just didn't want to accept it and find any excuse not to accept. End of story: they basically made a pizza that had gone to waste now because he didn't want to accept a certificate he couldn't...

i just ordered online as i usually do. i ordered the hot buffalo specialty chicken, and of course dominos does not have any comment or special instruction box when ordering online. (usually thats a thing by the way, dominos) Anywho, i called to ask for NO FETA on this item. Pretty simple right ? This impolite and unpleasant employee chris unfortunately answered the phone. He tells me that the chicken is made and they cannot do this for me. Chicken is made really? i had ordered a minute prior to the call. Long story short, he said the only way they can do it is if " wait another 20 minutes" why that would be the case i dont know. I told him thats fine, i just want the food i paid for to come the way i want !!!! He hung up the phone, and now here i am. This message is for the management team here. I pay these peoples paychecks, make sure you hire people that are respectful. Never ordering from this...

We have tried ordering from this location twice, and both times have been a mess. The first time they were late delivering our order and when we called to inquire about an ETA they claimed to have waited at our door and then left....our screen door was open where it would’ve been impossible to miss anyone. Tonight we tried to give it another shot. Not only did it take over an hour for the order to get out of the oven according to the app, but we were placed on hold and hung up on multiple times trying to call to figure out where our food was. When someone finally answered an hour and a half after our order was placed, they claimed that our order had left 10min a go....only to arrive completely smashed with the toppings stuck to the top of the box. Needless to say we didn’t accept or pay for this order. We will not make this mistake a third time at...
