El Pollo Loco — Restaurant in Los Angeles

It was a one summer day, I was driving pointless to seek place to fulfill my hunger by myself. After several attempts to enter other fast food restaurants where their parking lots are nearly full, I made up mind that "I will just go to any place with easy parking." As I park in their free parking lot and walked into the store, the fume of grilling just reminded me of my earlier days when I first tried their chicken with my closest friend back in High school 20 yrs ago. Although it was different location, the smells and layouts are still similar to the one. The taste is still great enough for me to flashback my good moments. The price is still reasonable or somewhat it has gotten cheaper compare to other restaurants that has raised more as CPI. This time I ordered a 3-pcs chicken combo, which was good enough to fill my stomach and made me satisfied that I made a good choice. They are located in prime location at the corner of Vermont and Olympic. I wish they can stay long enough to keep the location despite the expensive rent in the area. I just walked out of this place and let me tell you horrible service. I have an autistic brother and he doesn’t like veggies. Lady up front at around 8:08pm Thursday evening day 11/16 told us to order online so we did and they didn’t have that option to remove the veggies and we went back to tell her that(also fyi the drive thru was not full nor were people in line.) the same thing and we told her that they didn’t have a option to remove the veggies long story short she was rude told someone(a guy) to help us and that guy was walked around and the worst part is he saw us and didn’t care we waited 5min 🙄 until they were going to help us but it’s was to late when we heading out(didn’t get to order). Service was terrible. We ordered 3pcs chicken meal but when we got a receipt, there were two pcs. I'm sure we said 3pcs because new staff didn't understand what we siad so I repeated twice. I assure 100% about this. Anyway I said to "Jennifer" that you got a wrong order, we ordered 3pcs. She said we need to pay $1 more so we said we will give our card cause we didn't have cash. Here's what I want to say. She leaved and said to other customer about us like "they are mean customers". What did we do??? We just said you got an wrong order and I wanted to fix it. That was all!
