Really, nothing against Dr. Park. He makes me and my husband feel welcomed and gives attentive care each time we visit. But, the review is towards the worst in customer service given by the nurses, each time we visit. SPECIALLY the one who works in the lab/blood drawing area with the yellow dyed hair. She is absolutely the rudest person you might encouter. First of all, she chooses who to be polite with and not. She has no greeting manners. Once you are called inside by her, she will just sit in her chair, look or write on water paper work she is doing, and just shout "go pee" without even bothering to see if it's really you or not. She absolutely makes you feel miserable from beginning to end. When drawing blood, expect the area blood where blood was drawn to bruise for the next 4-5 days. Once lab works are done, she will direct you to the ultrasound room, and when she is accommodating the TV, she will just bang it. Really not sure why an amazing doctor like Dr. Park keeps her. As to the receptionist, they could improve. They are not the worst but not the best either. The doctor will instruct with what the patient (my baby in womb and I) would need. They would pretend to look but not address all the requests doctor has instructed.
If it not were for Dr. Park, we really consider switching Ob/Gyn each visit...

Luckily the pharmacist asked me whether I'm allergic to nuts when I was there to pick up. If the pharmacist didn't provide any warnings, the baby and I would have died, or at best in lethal conditions, because of the medication. The pharmacist was surprised that any OBGYN would make such mistake.
Never apologized, thought they had plenty of opportunities. When I mentioned it to the doctor after I found out, he said "it's okay not to take the medication" and that was it. Afterwards the doctor's office called me several times to ask about billing but never mentioned about their...
Read moreDO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. The doctor is nice and thorough but the staff at the front desk is terrible. They billed me incorrectly twice for an unltrasound I received as preventative care. They mishandled their insurance claims yet they insisted me to pay with no logic instead of trying to correct their mistake with the insurance. The staff harrassed me on the phone by yelling and hanging up on me. I've never spoken with any clinic staffs this rude. Terrible, terrible experience. I would never go back...
