Review based off of the DineLA menu:

This was my first time going to Intercrew and it left quite the impression! With the DineLA menu you are served a four-course meal having the choice between two to three choices at each step.

Most of the choices are available on the a la carte menu. Some, like the Sous Vide Salmon, were only found in the DinelLA menu. I'm not sure if they offer it regularly.

I really enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant. Lowlight environment with small lamps at each table. When you enter, you're met with the giant chandelier on the ceiling and an interesting table layout. Near the end of the room is a set of stairs that lead you to the second floor lounge/dining area.

We had a reservation at 6:30 and were tended to promptly and got seated on the second floor.

As noted in other reviews, the DineLA menu servings are smaller than their a la carte. Doing the math it seems like it would come out to around the same from the a la carte menu. However, I enjoyed the entire course and think the servings were perfect and brought about an experience on its own.

Burrata Toast Burrata foam on top of a brioche toast with pistachio butter on a drizzle of honey truffle gastrique. Sweet, simple and light. A perfect appetizer for the rest of the meal.

Wagyu Bolognese The menu says it's spicy, but it does not pack a punch. For some that may be disappointing, however, I enjoyed it and thought it was the right amount. The pasta is eggier and appears to be fresh so I assume it is made inhouse. The wagyu seems to be the main draw, but its flavors are mixed with the pancetta and parmigiana regiano so some may be left underwhelmed. Overall enjoyed it!

Sous Vide Salmon For me this was the star of the course. The salmon cuts like butter and melts in the mouth with the fresh and light flavor of salmon. The risotto is super rich and honestly, I couldn't get enough of it! As you make your way through the risotto and salmon, you're greeted with poached spinach. It adds a nice break from the richness of the risotto, not my favorite, enjoyable nonetheless.

There was a big gap between the salmon and the cheesecake, whether that was deliberate or not I'm not sure. However, I enjoyed having the time to process the salmon and let everything settle in between the meals.

Basque Cheesecake Goat cheese, salted gooney Chantilly, and charcoal smoked strawberries make up this dessert. The flavors blend well when putting it all together. The strawberry was sweet and had a burst of strawberry flavor akin to Harry's Berries. The cheesecake had some earthy notes; tart yet sweet. A perfect ending to the meal.

I also ordered the Añejo Honey Sour (not pictured). I highly recommend it! It was sweet and tart, the lemon and honey blend well with the tequila to produce a fun cocktail that you're sure to enjoy.

There were, however, some hiccups with my friend's order. She had gotten the ice cream sandwich, and was brought a cheesecake. We brought this up with our server and they saw to it that she gets the right dessert. There also appeared to be some error in communication with the staff as we received our receipt before my friend had even gotten her dessert.

Despite those hiccups though, our experience at Intercrew was a wonderful one and am excited to come back!

Shout-out to our server Kevin for making sure our water was always full, and making sure everything...

The crew is what made me leave. We got there around 8:15pm, our reservation was at 8:30 they let us in as there were not many tables, like 3 or 4 to be precise. Everything takes a while, my beverage took like 17 min, to take the order we interrupted the waiter on his way to another table. The main problem was the waiter he works at a very calm level, there was a runner and a host but they only do their stuff and there were four tables in a big restaurant. After asking him about a steak main course he of course suggested one more expensive, that selection even though was full of spicy sauces and I can't eat spicy food that's the one I went for as long as I could get at least any other sauce or dip from another dish, which was impossible to process for him so we ended up having to order something to give the steak some flavor, along with the steak I order truffle fries and garlic rice, I was starving cause I needed to eat something due to some pills I took that don't generate a very good feeling with an empty stomach. My date ordered chicken pho which was not even a broth it was warm after with boiled chicken almost cold, I tried it cause I was very hungry. I tried rushing the server by asking him nicely to please rush the sides up since they didn't come originally with my entrée however he brought the warm water with chicken first and nothing for me. I eat a little bit of the cold flavorless chicken but it only open my appetite and I still didn't have my sides. We decided to just pat for the "food" we had got so far and leave, when I notified the host he just said ok, and went to look for the waiter, who immediately came downstairs with plates it turns out it was mor my food but dirty plates , he went back upstairs and picked up my steak which was medium and it came in slices and explain that the steak took all that time, yeah alright, along with the rice, and no fries. I explained my situation and asked for the check, he again repeated that the process blablabla, so why didn't he bring the fries, send fries also take an hour? I understand when the place is busy or when extremely long cooking process are required but for steak and rice and fries and 4 tables in total. I think he just forgot my order or I don't know what he was doing, he seemed unimpressed by anything, the check was taking again more time so we just ahd to leave the money in cash and my date left some tip for that terrible service. I told the waiter and the host I had left the cash in there and they just said 'ok'. Wow. What an interesting crew! The restaurant itself is pretty. I took a nice picture with an...

I’ve been waiting for so long to eat here and the restaurant far exceeded my expectations! The decor is modern, chic, sexy, clean and classy. I can tell they spent a lot of time designing the space. The service is top notch! The staff all work and communicate very well. I could tell the front and back of house communicate very well by how smoothly my food was presented right as I finished the previous dish. The Food…absolutely perfect!! I ordered the “Option B” for my table because we wanted to try several different dishes. Everyone loved the Naan! Literally hands down the best Naan I have ever had in my life! I didn’t want to share it! And to make it even better, the naan was served with ssamjang butter which was perfect! The Spicy fried chicken was seasoned and fried perfectly. The chicken was juicy and not overly spicy or greasy. Just perfect! Next came Congee with chicken. Well, Intercrew ruined Congee for me. Now I can’t eat Congee anywhere else! Again, perfectly seasoned and the texture was what congee should be. The chicken was moist and didn’t over power the congee at all. Next we had the pork belly ssam wraps. The presentation for this was absolutely gorgeous! This was elevated Korean bbq. In one bite I got the rich and buttery flavor from the pork, a bit of spice and crunch from the jalapeños and garlic, the Umami from the ssamjang, and the fresh and slight sweetness from the lettuce. Then pairing this with a sip of Angel Falls Sauvignon Blanc was a party in my mouth! Lastly we had the striploin. The flavor of the steak and marbling was mouthwatering. The steak was presented with garlicky rice and bok choy in a miso sauce. This dish was perfectly paired with a bottle of Magna Carta. The wine brought out the flavors of the steak even more! Intercrew knows how to select their cuts of meat and wine! This rivals high end steakhouses I go to! Oh and you can’t forget about desert! Their cookies and honey milk was the perfect way to finish this heavenly meal. The chocolate chip cookies weren’t overly sweet but generous with the chocolate chips. Dipping the cookies in the honey milk is a must! The Wine list…..great selection and priced nicely!

I will definitely be back! Can’t wait to try the...
