We have be coming here since it opened. 6 family members and my neighbors kids 3 more .we drive 1/2 mile to get their delicious products we love this place. Only issues is parking and having one young employee telling customers they can't park in front on yellow curb Of their door at and for 9 yrs we never had issues till tonight 10 pm Saturday. When a young white lady told a few uber drivers and customers they couldn't park in front of yellow curb to pick up their products , someone tell that young lady that they only have 7 parking spaces for the entire plaza. You loose customers and uber and delivery drivers can cancel the orders which you'll loose revenue. Finding parking in rush hour is in possible the yellow is for temporary and pick ups or drops off. Now if the owner doesn't like it well be ready to loose customers and have deliveries canceled. Time to find parking is not an option or a luxury deliver drivers or customers have. the customers have options and deliver drivers don't have the time to look for parking customers are hungry. So for that young lady to tell customers they can't park on yellow curb your driving customers away from your company and to your competitors door. Think before You push the customers away. 5 stars for products. 4 stars for service, 0 stars for pushing customers and delivery drivers away.
To the owner i thank you for replying, the young lady was aware the customers and delivery drivers were there for your company to buy and pickup Deliveries as they were walking inside, she wasn't being polite, it's was with an attitude and made some comments to her coworkers, were loyal customers and hard working drivers there to deliver your awesome delicious products. There were only two workers and when me and my two friends got there, the store was relatively empty. The dude that was taking the orders seemed exasperated and just exhausted in general, but I've worked in the food industry before and I know how taxing late-night shifts can be, so giving him some grace for that. He still took our orders and got them out as soon as possible so definitely grateful for that. The drinks themselves were pretty great. The boy who looks the he didnt make the kpop band gives me this disrespectful look with his eyes as I'm placing my order.
