Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I educated kindergarten and I went to have lunch here with a co-worker at this location The Manger Fransico at this location was really extremely rude. I told him that I had scraps and burnt fries not curly fries no curly fries at all it was like a mix of regular fries and curly fries jack is know for great fries well I SEEN HIM put the fries on my plate with the other food . So I ask him politely can I have curly fries not scraps he answered by saying that I was ridiculous and laugh out loud. I told him excuse me you should of kept your thoughts to him self. I GUESS HE WAS THINKING OUT LOUD. I told him I purchased my meal not him but by him being the manger I was very disappointed he needs customer servive retraining a grown man speaking like this to a customer. I go to Jack n box to have a pleasant meal and he clearly mess up my lunch day by being ignorant I didn't want to eat after that. I teach small children kindness at all times. I only went because it was National cheeseburger day and I received a good discount online if I use the app so I downloaded it and I order from it the problem is I sit in that restaurant for I don't know how long until they finally figured out mines was a mobile phone order. So there's a disconnect between the powers that be of Jack in the Box and their actual employees who are supposed to be facilitating the actual transaction of these perks and benefits we supposed to receive if we sign up. First time ordering food from this place. The lady who took my order was Nice. The only unpleasant part was where I waited longer than most customers who had came in after me. And even when I got my food I opened the box and Saw my burger, it was such a rushed job. Some do the veggies weren’t even on the burger I could say the same for the sauce.
