Bionicos Daisy — Restaurant in Los Angeles

My first time visiting this establishment. Maria & Karina were working at the time of my visit. I am not sure what Maria's attitude was but she placed my order ticket to the side meanwhile the orders behind me were served. I waited & waited until I seen that they were barely working on my order. It took 23 minutes until they got to my order. It felt so personal & I never met her a day in my life until this time. Not sure what her issue was but I hope she figures it out her service was awful. I make 3x what she makes working 8 hrs unacceptable. As for Karina you are just as to blame. Reconsider visiting unless you feel like being attacked personally by someone you've never met. Poor service, I am so glad I didn’t tip. Maybe she was mad I didn’t tip using my card. I have been coming here for over 6 years. I recently started decreasing my gluten intake, that said I didn't stop coming for the tortas😆 but I asked for them to make them without the bread and just wrap with more lettuce. This last time I went I asked for the same thing but they gave it to me in the form of a salad but I really liked it with the chicken prepared the same was it give the salad more flavor 👍👍 you guys should try it. The mangonada was good but I have had better. It was probably the customer service that didn’t make it memorable. I had just had the BEST service coming from a birria spot earlier that day. So when we got to this place my boyfriend asked the girl at the cashier what elotes were good she said she didn’t know, she hadn’t tried any. Okay. When he asked if a specific raspado was good, again she didn’t know. She could have recommend what’s popular or not have been so short. Not helpful at all.
