Terrible terrible Jamba Juice staff by untrained self entitled millennial‘s who have the worst customer service ever I felt like they were doing me a favor you know it’s my patronage and I when I go anywhere with my money that I work hard for what I am doing them a favor but not this one manager’s name is Terrel I called him I talk to him he thought oh that his so-called train customer service whatever person on the counter did everything should’ve done I stupidly asked for a drink that you know I don’t go there I paid to have my daughter go but apparently because I ordered a strawberry Nirvana which I was told was discontinued five years ago which is a lie it was not discontinued five years ago neither was the free immunity boost but you know what Jamba Juice I’m never going back to Jamba Juice and neither are my daughter is there anybody in my family my daughter work for Jamba Juice for three years we were there at the beginning I’m 59 years old I can’t stand companies that feel like you know we’re doing what’s best for ourselves what’s best for me is I’m just gonna go get a smoothie at Jack in the box for a hell of a lot less money I suggest everybody out there do the same this is not you should have to pay $15 for it used to be $3.75 and you shouldn’t have people who have no customer service skills...

First of all I’ve been to a lot of Jamba Juices and order a medium size & always got it in the plastic Jamba Juice Cup on the Larger side since medium cups are out of stock. Now going to this location they have skinny paper cups. This upset me so much even after reading their little paper of inconvenience… why would I want to go there and receive a paper cup after spending like 6 bucks… secondly I didn’t even try the drink since it was obviously to go & boy was it sour! I order the new coffee drink with coconut since I’m highly allergic to other stuff & it was sour!!!! All night me and my sister had a sharp pain in our stomachs!!!! Read moreI ordered over the phone so i couldnt leave feedback on the app and i don't want to call since their busy right now but these ladies were able to accommodate to my needs and were extremely nice about getting me the sandwich I wanted even if their system was having problems letting me add it to my order. Just felt really grateful that they were able to do everything right and they just seem really chill for the job pace. Really appreciate it and I'm sorry if I am being annoying I just really think when people do their job right in jobs that can be hard at times which I understand, i feel like going out of my way to show my appreciation.
