Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Los Angeles

We NEED this place in Canada ASAP! I got a sub when we arrived and one before leaving and I honestly wanted to get another one to take home. This sandwich is sooo much better than Subway, Quiznos (there’s one right near my place, despite most of them being extinct) or Earl of Sandwhich! I have also had Jimmy Johns, which I do still like a lot but that classic Italian Mikes way really does the job! I got the classic Italian or number #9 I think when we got to LA from Vancouver and the service wasn’t amazing, but it was early still (like 10:30am) and it’s a sub shop in an Airport, I wasn’t expecting 5 star service. The way home however, the service was outstanding. My fiancée and I were quickly helped offered different options for a sandwich which was great cause we both were still new to the menu and process and this time I got a deluxe club I think it was called and my fiancée got the Italian which was great caused we just split them. The sandwiches were both done Mikes way with the only difference being the Italian had pickles on it and I got a little takeaway container of pickles on the side. The staff was so on top of things that they were the ones to remind me not to forget my side of pickles, which were also not an added charge, and thank god they reminded, cause they were good pickles! As I said, us Canadians do not have the same variety of sandwich chains and were often stuck with settling for Subway which just isn’t the same as when I was growing up in the 90’s! Jersey Mikes is a quality sub and though this location is in an airport it is still a great option for a quick meal that’s 1 BILLION times better than a Starbucks sandwich or other fast food option in the arrivals area. The worst service ever. I tried to order breakfast at the first point of contact where they begin making the sandwich and was told I had to go to the register. Went to the register and their sold out so I had to go back to the beginning of the line. When I went, the person doing the toppings messed up the order in front of me. When it was my turn, she had an Italian ready to dress and I said no it’s the Turkey. She didn’t hear me so I pulled my mask down and said “Turkey” she said “why’s this girl yelling at me” “you don’t gotta yell at me”. It’s 7am, I’ve been flying since 3am and I triggered her by saying Turkey. Now I raised my voice because she got really loud and embarrassed me. I bought sandwhich here( inside LAX)- Turkey/ Provolone on my way to our gate early in the morning, That staff incharge of receiving order- Hispanic Lady, has a very poor customer service! She does not know how to handle orders from customer like me, even showing an attitude like an " uncivilized person" . Even fighting customer like me over my order, saying she is not getting/understanding my order where in fact Ive told her " I m ordering number 7." Instead she told me to go the counter! She wasted my time by going back and forth!
