Where Tradition Meets Innovation: A Filipino-Mexican Fusion Masterpiece If you're searching for a dining experience that challenges your palate while honoring deep culinary roots, look no further. This little gem hidden inside a local car wash delivers a bold and beautiful fusion of Filipino and Mexican cuisine -- a pairing that feels both unexpected and entirely natural. The flavors are layered, soulful, and deeply authentic -- not a gimmick, but a thoughtful blend of heritage and innovation. You can taste the respect for both cuisines in every bite. The plating is thoughtfully done, with each dish showcasing vibrant colors and appealing textures. You can tell care goes into the plating -- not overly flashy, but elegant and intentional. It adds a special touch that makes the meal feel both inviting and memorable. Their custom service is the cherry on top. They are welcoming, and clearly passionate about food. They walked us through the menu, which features their regular dishes but they also change their menu weekly to showcase new ideas. If you love bold flavor, high-end artistry, and heartfelt hospitality, this Filipino-Mexican fusion spot is an absolute must. My husband and I go here almost every other day as their evolving menu is genuinely contagious.

Awesome hidden gem nestled inside of a car wash. Walking into a car wash place you may be wondering if this is even the right place, but right when you get inside it’s to your left. Greeted immediately with friendly faces I ordered my food. It came out quick, they even provided free soup and chips to accommodate my meal (not pictured). Food is delicious and hit the spot of what I was craving. I highly recommend you check this out when you get the chance!

Any place that does all day silog (breakfast) will always be dear to my heart! Also, they appear to cook to order, not premade and warmed “point point” style, which I personally prefer. The tocino is good, very tender. I did not try their kare-kare, but my booth-neighbors attested that it was very good.

Stumbled upon Mo Nina Filipina Restaurant by total chance and I’m so glad we did! It’s tucked inside a carwash, which might sound odd at first, but honestly made the whole experience even cooler. It’s the kind of hidden gem you only find when you’re not really looking.

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by someone who I think might be the owner. Super warm and welcoming, the kind of energy that instantly makes you feel at home. Right after we placed our order, they brought out some complimentary chips and salsa, along with a little cup of sabaw (Filipino broth), which was such a nice touch. Perfect little starter while we waited.

We ordered the tapsilog and tocilog, and both were really solid. The meat was flavorful and tender, and the garlic rice and egg were cooked just right. But the star for me was the sizzling bulalo with mushroom gravy. I wasn’t expecting to be that blown away, but wow. It came out hot and bubbling, and the beef was fall-apart tender. The gravy added a rich, savory flavor that worked perfectly with the dish. It’s definitely something I’d come back for.

The service was great the whole time. Everyone there was friendly and you could tell they really care about the food and the customers. We left full and happy, already talking about what we’re going to try next time. If you’re in the area, don’t sleep on this spot. It’s definitely worth...

Great spot to get Filipino food, the owners are so nice aswell, they always check up on us if we need anything while eating and since knows that Filipinoes love rice, offered extra rice for free if needed. It really feels like home when I eat here! Its inside the carwash, which is a good spot if you want to get your car cleaned up and get some good pinoy food. They are very attentive, and the food was so amazing! The servings are also pretty good for the price! I found my new...
