Called ahead of time for a pick up. Somebody by the name Sadia too a call.... besides the grossly annoying āsqueakingā static bounces that were extremely disruptive, she kept on interrupting me. Finally she got the order down and confirmed my phone. I told her I am on my way and will be there in 15 min. When I got here and told the cashier that I am here for a take out, Evelyn informed me that they āwill start your order right nowā, I was surprised since it did not look that busy. And I called ahead. Then I was promptly informed that they are out of one of my order items and offered me to wait even more while teriyaki chicken is being prepared.... Completely buffled by the entire āplacement of the pickup order by phone ahead of timeā process at this place. After waiting for another 15 min I finally ordered a substitution and got the food. Sadia informed me that, on occasion, āI know you will not do it, but sometimes customers call for a takeout, but donāt show up!... I just donāt want to get in trouble for itā..... Management; please create a clear take out policy: if you are not doing it, then inform customers about it, if you are doing it, then employees should not be āgetting in troubleā for following company policy. I felt discriminated against as I was some sort of a dishonest person when I became aware about the cause of delay. Also please do something about the phone connection quality, it is disastrous, and probably is costing you business...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePanda Express is an Americanized Chinese fast food restaurant. They are a franchised chain so from one location too another, the items on the menu remain the same. Same taste, same quality which in this case is a good thing. While this is Americanized Chinese food, it still tastes good and their quality control is good as well. It can just be fairly plain and simple and it completely lacks the exotic flavors and spices of food from the far East. That does not mean it is bad though. It is good tasting high quality fast food without a whole lot of the far East thrown in. If you are looking for genuine (more exotic) Chinese food, you will probably be disappointed with the dishes here. If you just want some good tasting fast food made with quality ingredients that sort of resembles Chinese food, you will probably like what they serve up here. This location does have one small issue though (small being the keyword). It is the smallest Panda Express I have ever been in. There isn't a whole lot of indoor dining room here. While it may not look that small during off peak hours, the lunch crunch will expose the limited space in nothing flat. There is often no seating available and a line that extends out the main entry during their peak lunch hours. It is easy to get the food to-go though and the view from your parked car is just as good as the view from within...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI came to Panda Express to pick up an order as a delivery driver. Due to a health condition, I kindly asked to use the restroom. I was told, āThis is not a public restroom.ā I felt very uncomfortable and disappointed ā especially since Iāve been here before and I know others were allowed to use it. Why was I treated differently?
ā¦What made it more upsetting is that a male staff member was the one who directly refused me. Iāve been here before and saw others being allowed to use the restroom ā so why was I denied?
Delivery drivers are also part of your customer base ā just from the service side. We make sure customers receive their food on time and in good condition. Itās upsetting to be treated as if we donāt matter. I hope your staff can show more fairness, understanding, and basic respect toward delivery workers...
