I honestly never like to give bad reviews but omg I can’t stress enough that the night shift has no idea what they are doing. To start, we ordered through drive through and we pulled up to the first window where they tried to charge us but then left us hanging there, just waiting for a while and then the lady from the second window starts yelling like yo hurry up what are you doing!! Keep moving! I just ended up so confused and I tried to explain and she says ohh it’s because there’s a lot going on right now. Then as we are trying to eat, we realize that our chicken tenders are the tiniest we’ve ever seen, totally not a complete combo that we payed for, the fries tasted like pure oil or lard with no taste of salt what so ever and worse our drinks had no ice! But also the sad part was that the food was cold, everything was cold and that’s that we went through the drive through. I love canes, I always go to the Burbank one and it has never disappointed me till this time I experienced this in the Northridge one. The chicken is suppose to be fresh and it literally tasted like it was sitting there for a while. The restroom situation is horrible, they have 3 but only one is available to everyone and it was so disgusting that I couldn’t even sit. I had to clean it myself because of how bad I needed to use it. Never going back to that one for sure. Please work on...

My kids have loved Cane's since we first tried it in Las Vegas a decade ago. And now that they have branched out to CA, we go every so often when we are near a location. So, when they opened the Northridge location, we were glad because we no longer have to drive far for their food. Yes, the drive thru is packed, but this location has a drive thru with 2 ordering lanes that will help with the overcrowding once they establish themselves. Right now, it's just so overcrowded because ppl from every city nearest to Northridge are flocking to this site. In a few weeks, traffic will lessen. If you love Cane's, you'll wait in the line. You can order online so you don't have to wait. If you go inside, the line is shorter than the drive thru. I did enjoy their drive thru music while I waited in the car. Lol! Staff is new, obviously, but friendly. We ordered the 50 piece tailgate, fries pan, and toast. Did I mention Cane's has the best ice? If you love ice in your drink, you know what I'm talking about. If you're not into chicken strips, this isn't the place for you. Their fries are not soggy or crispy, just in between, which we enjoy. Their toast is good. The star of the show is their sauce, of course. Also, their sandwiches are awesome. I'm just glad they finally opened a...

The Northridge Raising Cane’s finally opened yesterday and I got into the restaurant easily today. (Yesterday was a bit of a packed Madhouse!) I ordered the popular Big Box Combo which came with 4 hearty chicken fingers, one tiny sauce, one small coleslaw, one Texas Toast and a good amount of Crinkle fries, All for $12.69.($11.59 plus tax) Was it worth it? Overall, No. The chicken was the best/only part of the Combo that is worth coming back for. The 4 Fingers were large, hot, nicely seasoned with a great crunchy outside coating. The rest of the Combo basically sucked. The fries were unsalted and lukewarm. The Texas Toast was buttery, but was less than lukewarm and pull-apart, rather than toast-crunchy, like it appeared to be. The coleslaw was standard fast food Chicken tasteless and my fountain coke was flat and syrupy with No Fizz/Carbonation. The staff was friendly, the service was very timely and the restaurant was clean. Would I come back? Not sure, but one thing I am sure about is that the Chick-fil-A across the street, that everyone around me seems to feel, will be put out of business by this Raising Cane’s, has no need to worry about that. Chick-fil-A is...

I finally had the opportunity to try this Raising Canes location but I came at 1am. Who would've thought they'll still be busy like they usually are during rush hour. The drive thru line was out to the street so I decided to order inside. I was lucky enough to find good parking. It was mostly teenagers here after 1am just chilling in the area I guess. The line to order wasn't too bad, just like 3 people in front of me. I got the box combo with no drinks and asked for extra fries instead of the coleslaw. My suggestion for them is to use one of their TV to show who's order is ready. It was just a worker right now saying the customer name quietly where the pickup area was at. I believe they have a PA system but its only for people who are waiting outside who can hear it. It took about 15 minutes for my order to be ready. They didn't give ketchup in the bag so I had to wait for the same girl to come back to ask for it. The food I thought was decent with the 4 tenders and fries. You cannot eat it the next day so try your best to finish it the same day.

Ok, so they just opened 1 month ago here in Northridge. The opening hype is still strong. I pulled into the drivethrough at 12:30am on my way home. The line was still pretty incredible. It took 52 minutes from when I pulled up (the line did not extend into the street, started in the parking lot - double line that funnels into 1 mind you). There were so many people working. They had a few working the line taking orders like in&out / chick filet, and they took the orders quickly... but for such a simple menu, im really not sure why it took THAT long to process the line. 20 minutes in when I realized I wasn't even halfway, I wanted to bail, but had no option. Tastey food. Great prices. I mean great. A gallon of sweet tea for $6... COM'MON! Definitely NOT worth almost an hour wait in the car. Hopefully they're still having startup pains. I'll give it another go in a few months. Let's see.... the 3s tars for service is basically for speed of service

This place left me disappointed. All the tik tok videos and all the hype was just for show. The inside eating area was filthy, tables and chairs not clean at all, even the soda area was sticky and full of ice. The trash cans were filled to the brim. Now the food, as one person mentioned it indeed tastes like boiled chicken. Both the fries and the chicken had NO seasoning you literally have to drench that with sauce just to get some flavor. Tiny little cups of sauce are of course extra. The only good thing is the bread, I think that’s where all the money goes to because it’s clearly not the chicken. Also the soda machine seemed like it had no syrup because the sprite tastes like pure carbonated water. Overall I wish I had went to Dave’s instead because it actually tastes good. Would not recommend going here for fried chicken.
