Roji Sushi — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Dined here on Sunday, 3/23, and had a great experience. Our server, Martin, was exceptional — friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. While it seems they might be a bit understaffed at the moment, that seems to be a common issue at many restaurants these days.

Hands down the best sushi I’ve had in Los Angeles outside of Japan. Every piece was perfectly balanced and so fresh it melted in my mouth. I didn’t need soy sauce or wasabi, the flavor spoke for itself. A few of the specialty pieces were so perfect I ate them with my hands, just like in Japan. The presentation was beautiful, the quality top notch, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, which made the entire experience even better.

Amazing New Sushi Spot🍣 I recently visited Roji and was absolutely blown away! The restaurant has a clean, modern design, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The sushi? Absolutely delicious! Every piece was fresh, perfectly prepared, and full of flavor.
