He yells at the customers that give him money.
Not only his prices are much higher for what he actually sells but he marks his prices with $and 50 cents (ex. $9.50) and when you want to pay exactly the amount, he yells at you saying that due to COVID he doesn't accept coins... BUT when you pay all bills he GIVES you coins. Ridiculous and nonsensical.
