Wow this by far is the worst experience I have had at Starbucks. I get here at 630am and as soon as I walk up to order I see a fly on the raspberry swirl pound cake. The young lady that was helping someone else. I instantly said without thinking, Hey there is a fly on the pastries. I was thinking let me hurry up tell her before anyone can notice. She instantly says out loud in front of everyone my name is BRIANNA and don't say hey to me. Then she walks to the back and gets another young lady to help me. She starts making coffee. So I am talking to the other young lady and she starts to say I snapped at her. I said nobody is talking to you right now.She continues to mumble things under her breath at this point. I work with people throughout the day at work and I understand about customer service and not bringing your problems to work and let it affect you. I don't know whats up with BRIANNA but this is my last day ever coming back to this establishment and I will tell everyone that I work with what happened. We have a lot of people that walk over here daily. Then in the end I ask the lady that was helping me whats her name again. BRIANNA goes out of her way to tell me her name and her managers name. BRIANNA also never goes in the pantry to throw away the pound cake. She was not even concerned about the fact it was still flying around in their when I left because she had such a bad attitude so early in the morning. He demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, charisma, and leadership by going above and beyond to assist me. I felt treated like royalty throughout the interaction. Today, August 17, 2025, at 5:30 pm, I received the same high level of service from a young Hispanic female who wears glasses 🤓. She is an outstanding, hardworking, and charismatic individual who diligently seeks legitimate resources to provide accurate answers. I am impressed with her leadership skills, as she takes the initiative to find solutions rather than providing inaccurate information. Unfortunately, this level of dedication is not always evident in younger generations, who may opt to fabricate answers or claim ignorance. After my husband & I ordered, I had to get paper towels from the restroom to clean our table. I noticed there was no toilet paper in there and needed to use the restroom. The guy working there put priority on giving another customer sugar after my request. I had to ask 3 times for the toilet paper. Also, the trash receptacles were all full and trash sticking out the top. I blame management. I doubt I will be back, unless I'm really desperate for good coffee.
