I am appalled by the discriminatory treatment I experienced at this Starbucks today. While on a walk I suddenly became very dizzy and in urgent need of water. I made it to Starbucks in relief. When I politely asked for a cup of water, the girl with glasses, dark hair refused and said, “Did you purchase something? Water can only be given with a purchase But they have cups and ice next door that you can get.” I walked to The Stand next door. The gentleman at The Stand immediately gave ‘e a cup and allowed me to fill it with ice and water which prevented me from passing out. The refusal I experienced was both inhumane and discriminatory. Read moreI stopped by this Starbucks location inside NoHo West today to get a drink for my wife. I was grabbing lunch at another restrauant nearby in NoHo West so I was already around the area. They were not busy at all when I walked in, I was able to walk to the counter and place my order. My wife wanted her Venti Peach Green Tea with 4 pumps of sweetener and light ice. The inside of this Starbucks is pretty modern and I thought it was nice. They didn't take long for the drink to be ready. They do leave out any food order on the counter so just be aware that other people might take your order because they don't check first. The employees am talking about is a guy I think… he makes people very uncomfortable staring at them and overall acting very creepy.
He has no personal space. Like if your sitting down and working at one of the desks and having a coffee he doesn’t mind just coming and sitting right next to you very close and staring at your face.
