Is it possible to deliver food without ice in hot weather? I called them they said the ice pack had to be requested and pay it then they deliver with ice pack. I ordered so many food through online, I never seen like this service. This banchan store is clean, bright and well maintained. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. The price is slightly on the higher side, but reasonable. They offer reward program, points towards discount on future purchase. Sometimes, they surprise you with discount when your purchase exceed certain amount. I am so excited to find this place recently. I am kind of hard to please person in chooching food as I don't like too much sweet and msg used from other places (market or any store). But this place is the only one I can tell difference. and employees are so kind and knowledgable about their product. I. hope this place will ever lasting. and please don't mind for small other customer's complain.
