9/18/2025 10:35am When I went into the store after the time, my food was supposed to be ready. I told the old lady with the gray roots and red hair , working my name was Brooke and I’m here for a pick up. She immediately said “that’s not us”. I said OK is this 600 Highway 190 Suite 19 she said yes that’s us but I didn’t get your order. and I stated well here’s my receipt for pick up and she said it didn’t come through on my computer. I can’t do anything for it. I said can you at least make my sandwich and she said no I can’t do anything, with an attitude, just immediately being ugly I was like OK so I go sit down try to find a corporate number to tell them she won’t make my food or give me my food and then I stand up and I show her in my app where it says that the order was picked up and she said it’s not on my computer. I can’t do anything and with an attitude, I asked if there was a manger I could speak with or a corporate number I can call and she said “I am the manager. The only number is the one that’s in there” referring to the subway app. so I go sit down again and i said this is ridiculous and another customer walks past me and says that the worker is being rude isn’t she? I said “she is “well a second employee comes in and the old lady leaves doesn’t tell me that my order finally came through and doesn’t even try to make my sandwich or anything. Just left the empty bag with my order stuck to it by the register. so I try to explain the situation to the employee and asked her if there was a general manger or a number I could call or contact to report this lady and the Employee gets an attitude with me & snaps at me “that is my general manager.” and I said ma’am, I just want my food that Lady refused to make my food , I showed her my receipt and bank statement. and the worker replied “I just woke up 30 minutes ago , and got called in early” and I said “that’s not my problem. And we kind of got into it, & I tell her to just make my food and she replied that if I continued with my attitude that she won’t make my food at all, and I said why are you being rude ? Im the one who is a victim here and she gets defensive and starts yelling at me that she isn’t being rude & that I’m being rude to her &. I stayed calm and I said “look I just want my food, I paid and hav been treated horrible by your manger & I get that you’re frustrated.” We came to an understanding once we both calmed down and I explained the situation and the Employee made my food and she apologized for the manager, not making it and even gave me some free cookies, but that general manager’s attitude was absolutely unacceptable. The employee even told me that she’s afraid of the general manager herself. That’s SHAMEFUL. My co-workers and I are no longer going to go to this subway and instead are going to go to the subway on 2033 N HWY 190 suite 15, Covington. Read moreIf i could give zero stars for my experience at this subway i would . I visited today , 1-6-18 at about 12:45. So whomever was working you know who you are . I sensed an attitude from this old looking lady as soon as i walked in the door . I told her that i wanted a footlong chicken teriyaki for my boyfriends sandwich and my sandwich a 6 inch . I told her i wanted one sandwich toasted , and the other one not toasted , first of all she toasted both of them . And i let it go cause most subways do tend to make that mistake . So anyways , i go to the pay thing and show her my coupons . I told her i have a coupon for a foot long and she told me to show her the coupon and told me what to press in a bad tone , which i ignored . Then i show her the coupon and she said while looking at me stupid and rolling her neck “you didn’t order a footlong , you ordered a 6 inch” and i politely told her that i wanted the teriyaki chicken to be a food long . She had the nerve to point her fingers at me and said “no that’s not what you said, you said footlong and not a 6 inch” literally yelled at me and had the other customers looking at me . That’s the part that pissed me off . Even if i somehow did say 6 inch , that’s not good customer service . A simple “I’m sorry ma’am , i thought you wanted 6 inch” would have been the perfect thing to say plus she would’ve got tipped . So anyways , i tell her don’t worry about it , i will use my other coupon . Trying hard to keep my anger in . So obviously she was loud cause her other coworker asked what happened. And the lady said angrily “she said 6 inch and wanted a footlong”’ and i got very upset and i told her “i know what i said , i also said i wanted one sandwich toasted and you toasted both” best believe i would rather spend over $10 at the Chinese place next door than to spend 4.49 on another sandwich at that location . One of my favorites locations to go to became my least favorite . I hope they hire better staff with better customer service and better ATTITUDES. Read moreMy husband did a mobile order for lunch for us and our three kids. 5 sandwiches total. My oldest and I walked in to wait while my husband and our other two waited in the car. As soon as we walked in the lady was tearing off the order ticket and immediately rolled her eyes in disgust, I’m assuming because she had to start on five sandwiches. She then asked me and my son if we were ordering or picking up. I said we were picking up. She then said with an attitude “You’re going to have to wait for me to make them! This just came in!” We weren’t in any rush. We were okay with waiting, but the attitude and disgust in this woman’s voice was enough for me to walk outside because she was making my blood boil. There’s no need for the attitude! I waited for her to be done and then walked back inside to help my son with the drinks and all. She had the nerve to give me a nasty look as we were leaving.
