Let me just start by saying customer service is everything to me. I arrived at this location around 10:35am to place my order in the drive thru. I was greeting very nicely by the young lady who took my order. When I pulled up to the window, I paid and received two of my three items. I was asked did I received my drink and I said no. The young lady turned to her co- worker (short white male) and asked him did he make it, and he looked at her very rudely and said no. He proceeded to make my drink and once he was done, he handed it to me (shoving it in my hands). I asked for a straw and the look he gave me was as if I was bothering him. I pulled off and called the store to speak to the manager. A lady answered (Gina) and I asked, " Are you the manager?" Gina replied, "yes what do you need?" I told her "This is why your staff member behave the way they do. You set the tone for everyone. She hung up on me. I proceeded to go back to the store to ask Gina why she hung up on me and of course she lied and said, " The phone hung up." But I recorded the conversation so you're lying. I requested a refund. and on the ticket, she lied again and said, " customer didn't want" as the reason. Gina work on your attitude and your customer service. Read moreI got an iced honey oatmilk latte w vanilla sweet cream foam and caramel drizzle..the first time I went thru the drive thru it was super fast but my drink wasn't really foamy since I guess it was made fairly fast and I was still in line but I didn't even have to ask that they fix it the girl at the register said to let them fix it and when I got it back it was so perfect I decided to go back about an hour later and get 2 more for me and my boyfriend...
This time I thought I'd try going inside instead but I ended up waiting much longer about 20 min because drive thru gets priority...the drink I ordered was a grande for 7.15 which is crazy but worth it and id advise not drinking 2 on an empty stomach because all the sweetness had my stomach torn up shortly after...but they get 5 stars cuz you can tell they're working hard and any mistakes are quickly rectified and you can only except so much out of ppl before you become a Karen and I like my reviews to be honest but...
Read moreWhen I first entered. I asked the baristas if the happy hour special was for all Grande drinks, because it said "Grande & Up esspreso". She would not even try to see if tbe coupon worked, and just kept saying NO. I was searching the store and came across the plastic Starbucks cups. I found over 50 of each, cup bottom, cold cup and hot cups were in the baskets. when asked where tbe lids were she searched for point five seconds then told me she can not sell the item without tbe lid. I was very disappointed because I am a fan of these cups, and I presume Starbucks wants to sell their merchandise. Both barista's were rude and unhelpful. I'm a frequent customer. Also I asked for an extra shot of caramel and recieved extra drizzle. I was confused. But tired, did not want to argue and walked out of Starbucks an unsatisfied customer. Will not be coming again.
