Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Louisville

I went twice this past week, both times had horrible experiences. First time I got an undercooked cold pretzel, and problematic employees. I was trying to scan my app for points, and they was apparently confused, telling me they need a code and not a qr code..well it only shows a code for me so they was being rude acting like I should know what to do. Second time, I get pretzel nuggets, I got more like a clump of uncut pretzels…they seemed to be cooked this time and not cold, but the employee serving me was rude. There was people still at the counter before me, getting their food and passing it out to their family, only takes a second but the employee yells across them tryna have me order while i’m not even in front of the register…very rude, making the first people seem like they’re slow and in the way. definitely won’t be...

Literally in the month of January if you can make a sale you should. Two people walked away. I get you have no “roller” on the clock but my suggestion would be to ensure everyone knows how to roll a pretzel or have them roll 5-10 prior to break so you don’t miss out on revenue. Sounds like owners and management need to come make some changes. I should have known based on the previous reviews. Guy at counter said I’m going to”good at customer service” I guess he misses the part of ensuring to make and...

This place is an absolute joke. Half the time the drink machine is not working. Then if you order a smaller size they simply take the big cup they already have food in, turn around and throw pretzels away until it is at the smaller size level. It seems the answer is usually oh those are in the oven it will be 10 minutes. They waste food, are rude and rarely have items available. Oxmoor would do well to shut this place down and replace it. It brings down the whole classiness...
