Terrible customer service I ordered food tonight was really wanting to try their new double cheeseburger papa dia well the order took about 45 minutes to get here I opened the box to find a papa dia with nothing on it except some type of orange sauce , no cheese , Tomato literally no beef called back was put on hold multiple times the women who I spoke to just came across like she didn’t care at all & seemed unhappy that I was calling back for a replacement order she kept putting me on hold so many times I was actually starting to get upset being treated that way like how dare I bother her keep in mind I also ordered a large one typing which was cold when it got here and she didn’t offer to replace it considering I had been on the phone with her since my food had arrived so it was definitely cold took over an hour for the replacement papa dia I just told them to cancel the cheeseburger one I would like to stick with what I know which was the meatball/pepperoni it finally arrived cold had to put it in the oven really disappointed spent 25 dollars on this plus a 7 dollar tip and didn’t even get an apology or hot food once the first mistake was made but that’s fine the money was worth me knowing how this location treats their customers I’ll never order from them again and I’ve posted the pics on my social media accounts word of mouth is everything so save your money & troubles just pick up from prospect location this one is...
Read moreA friend ordered dinner for me and my family from this Papa John’s after I’d had surgery and had very limited mobility. My friend sent me a screenshot of the order so I knew when and what to expect; she scheduled for it to be delivered at 5:30. It was not a big order- a large stuffed crust pizza and side of breadsticks. At 5:50 I called the restaurant to confirm it was still coming. The person who answered the phone said the delivery person was on their way and I could expect them shortly. Just after 6 the delivery driver showed up with our order. My family ate the saddest, lukewarm pizza for supper. The crust itself was just barely baked but had been rolled so thin it was flimsy, no one could pick up their actual pizza without it falling apart. My four year old and nine year old even commented that I the slices were thin. The breadsticks were fine, everything tasted as it should.
My question is this: Why offer a scheduled delivery time if you won’t honor that it? It’s quite simple, if you’re running late please express the courtesy of letting your customer know. We had our own personal reasons for needing our dinner delivered by 5:30, with it being over a half hour late we had to move plans around.
As for the pizza, monitor your quality assurance because it’s currently nonexistent. I know Papa John’s has standards, this order fell very short of...
Read moreUp until today 3/2/18 this store was deserving of a 5 star review. My family has been ordering pizza from this location for over 5 years now knowing there are two other locations that will deliver to us. This one has always been the best. I regret to say that today I had an absolutely awful experience. Our food arrived 12 minutes late. This was followed by an 11 minute wait on the phone to speak with the manager. When the call was finally taken I was told the store was understaffed so the manager (Wade) was busy and would not be able to speak to me. Then Wade relayed through his employee that "there's nothing they can do". I firmly believe that a longstanding loyal customer who calls to politely complain about their poor experience should be treated better than this. Store understaffed and busy, pizza comes late, I get it. But 12 minutes late is extreme. 11 minutes of wait on the phone without a "hey sorry be with you soon" is extreme. The manager Wade not taking a call when requested is just plain bad. I'm very disappointed in the Springhurst Papa Johns handling of issues and customer service. As I said it has been a pleasant 5 star experience for 5 years now. After today that has totally changed. Customers, I would consider a different location if there's one in...
