tonight we ordered a pizza, and two boxes of buffalo bone-in wings. my father picked it up and brought it back for us, as my little brother devoured the pizza, I open up the wings to find BOTH boxes were PLAIN boneless wings. we were very disappointed and called the store right away. a stuttering boy (not a condition- he had no idea what he was talking about) answered and couldn't seem to help us. "uhhh, ummm, well, ok." was all he was capable of saying, so I politely asked to speak to the manager thinking we would actually get somewhere. * Insert my mom...The manager acted as if I was a problem even though they messed up our food! She wasn't talkative nor explanatory of what she was doing. Her first explanation of anything is how she could remake or send coupons in the mail and "you need to send back all food, corporate requires that the food is picked up" Okay sure, I then expressed my concerns of the time it was taking just to get correct food and her response was "Mam, I fixing it, I'm sorry" Wow, she had an attitude from the time she got on the phone. I said again of the time this is taking when she said 1hr on delivery and then she just hung up on me.* My mom called back and spoke to a nice gentleman named Richard. He was more helpful than Jamie- the so called manager, who was running her mouth in the background probably to the people making our food... When we asked for corporate's number, they "didn't" have one. After 10 minutes worth of phone calls and driving to the store we finally got our food properly prepared. When we came to pick it up, Jamie was outside smoking when we walked out my mom went first and Jamie grab the door and let it go to let the door slam on me while I'm carrying food. NO MANNERS!!!!!!!!! My mom told her she needed to learn how to talk to and treat customers, she started then saying how my mom wasn't nice on the phone. Seriously??? NEVER ORDERING DOMINO'S AGAIN!!!!!!!! terrible service and horrible hospitality. but thank you Richard, he...
Read moreI’ve dealt with this location three times and each time is worse than the last.
First time, I waited till the website said the food was ready. Once it said it was ready I went in to get the food but it wasn’t ready yet, I understood, everyone is short handed right now so I waited. About 10 mins later my food finally came.
Second time, I did the car side drop off, waited till the website said the food was ready then click that I was at the store. The time came and went, I waited about 10 mins after it said my food was ready. Decided to walk in and ask. Was greeted by a guy with green hair asking how he could help. Said my name and that the site said my food was ready. Can’t remember exactly what he said but he seemed very bothered that I was asking about my food, then once he was done talked to me he started muttering something under his breath. About this time a lady walked in and asked how she could help. Stated my name and that the site said my food was ready. She looked real quick and found my food waiting, done and packaged up. They didn’t have the icing for the cinnamon twists so I said I didn’t want them without the icing. The green haired guy had to come and take it off my order since he is the manager. Not a word was said to me by him while removing the item. Just came over started poking the computer screen very hard then walked away.
Third time, figured I would try ordering from there. I placed the order at 1030pm. Initially the website said it would be 30 mins for delivery. Used my free points and ordered the food. The tracker said it was going to be 61-81 mins. It stated “Hoa” was prepping my order. Checked a few mins later and the tracker was blank. The 81 mins came and went. Tried to call the store to see what’s going on and went to voicemail. Never received the food but the points were deducted from my account so my free pizza was gone.
Probably won’t be returning, will either find another pizza place or...
Read moreTonight I was in this location, I had ordered two for 5.99 as a pick up. I came in and waited for 8 to 10 minutes. I watched three white people be helped. One man almost instantly, as soon as he walked into the door. I was offered no apology. When I brought it to the person taking my orders attention that I had been waiting and my pizza was ready the WHOLE time I was sitting there. She offered no apology. Then told me to "wait she was doing something with the computer". I asked her did any of this matter. She said " I was going to offer you a free meal for next time, gave me a napkin and a pen and told me to write down my info. I asked her who was the store manager and the GM she said she was both. I stated so you do not have a boss. She said she did, walked away and never came back. The second lady that came, to add stated " I will give you our names in a moment, left and never came back. I had paid with cash and a receipt She then sent someone else, I requested a refund. Also, they gave me a receipt for my gift card, however not my cash receipt. I requested a cash receipt and was refused. I requested the corporate number, she refused. To the second lady that the GM/Store manager sent, I requested her name and was told "we are not obligated to give names." This was the most poor example of leadership that I have ever witnessed. I remembered her name when I got home. Michelle. I am reaching out to the manager of Michelle. She is one of the worse employees I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I asked for a refund and did not leave my info. I am attempting to reach corporate, because as a black woman anyone could see how bad...
