Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Louisville

Awful service, gave me a $3 off cake coupon since i was ordering a cake, when i came to pick it up they wouldn't rake the coupon since i was paying with a gift card. Even the supervisor was of no help and rude, and the gurl who gave me the cake coupon was told and shown that i was paying for it with gift cards and told me there was no problem using both and she told me i could also use my free scoop birthday coupon which was a lie since they refused to that off as well. So i fave them my coupon fir a free bday scoop, they gave it to me, pretended they took the coupon off and after I'm halfway done they give me a receipt showing i was charged for my bday scoop and they took my coupon from me. So, i got royally screwed out of my bday scoop, my cake coupon, and they overcharged for my cake as well. Called next day yo complain and they didnt care and refused to fix the error or make up for it. With the outrageous prices they charge and they couldn't even give me the coupons off when i was told i could use them all together the night before. I never would have bought the scoop of ice cream so they forced me to by giving it to me and saying it was free and then sneaking the charges back on my order and tricking me into paying for something i really didn't want in the first place, i only got it because it was supposed to be free. They won't let you use a gift card that came from T-Mobile tuesdays and a coupon together so i guess T-Mobile is in on this rip off scam. I am disabled and living on pennies and i just wanted something good on my bday and they ruined everything and i paid $20 fir a kid's scoop and the smallest heart cake which is 2 pieces of cake, rip off. I went to this Baskin Robbins to try the new Stranger Things menu items, specifically USS Butterscotch. This location was out of Chocolate ice cream and a bunch of other flavors, so I could not get the sundae. However, I figured I could still get what the online promotional video called "the signature cone." But the employees didn't seem to know what that meant, which is fine because I don't think they actually called it that on the special menu board. So then I just said that I wanted it the way it was in the picture, which I then pointed to. Then cone in the image has chcoloate dip and sprinkles. However they still seemed confused and just handed me a plain waffle cone. I wasnt that invested, so I let it go. Anyway. The new special flavor was good, but the waffle cone got soggy and limp by the time I finished my cone. The store itself is dingy and needs updates to the furniture and decor. I would not recommend Baskin Robbins to anyone. The staff is not very lively and the atmosphere is poor. For the price, you're better off getting gourmet ice cream anywhere else in Louisville. I...

I used to love going to this location. When my kids were little we would come by at least every other week if not more. Lately, though. their selection has been reduced, the items they're willing to make is now limited, and the place just seems to always have this going-out-of-business vibe that makes it kinda of depressing.

My last visit was back in March and my daughter wanted World Class Chocolate. I wanted Quarterback Crunch and would have settle for Baseball Nut, but they had neither of those flavors so we left.

I came in today, just a few months later, and the flavor I wanted was, again, not available. So i left.

I wonder what has happened to this location. I notice that one of the coolers has been turned off for quite awhile. Are they saving money or is the owner just to cheap to get it fixed? Whatever the case, it has affected the number of flavors available at any given time and unfortunately, they are the flavors I enjoy so I guess I have no reason to go there. It's pretty sad. I love to root for the little guy, but this place doesn't seem like they are even...
