Can honestly say I have NEVER had such a G-Awful experience at a restaurant. We tried to order a to-go pizza while at the brewery across the porch area. Could not make the order online due to it saying the restaurant was out of anything I tried to order. So we walked to the restaurant and paid for two pizzas. We were told the wait time was 20 min and we were told they did not have a text or call system so we would need to come back. 25 min later we returned and stood for 1 hour waiting for our two pizzas. Multiple people came in and ordered to go or sit down and were served while we stood waiting. We continued to wait another 45 minutes after they apologized profusely after the first hour and gave us our money back. Although the bartender that refunded us told us she has no idea how to issue a refund and that the manager also had no idea how to do it. She gave us the receipt and told us we need to check in 2-5 days to see if it worked bc they weren’t sure. They told us the pizza would come out in 7 minutes. 45 minutes later we are still sitting here waiting. The first kind and apologetic staff turned very rude after we asked for a gift card or some type of compensation for waiting 2 hours for our 20 min pizza. We asked for a gift card stating that we would like to come back and try a second time to have a good experience at their restaurant. The manager stated that they gave us an “extra pizza” therefore we didn’t deserve a gift card - I said “if I decline the pizza, can I then get a gift card?” And then the manager said she isn’t able to do that for us regardless. Which tells me she lied to us about how we couldn’t get the gift card because we took the pizza. The pizza was tasty with the exception of the bitterness of waiting 2+ hours for it (while literally just standing at the bar of the restaurant). Will absolutely never be back. EVER. Do not go to...
Read moreWe went here because the one in Nashville is so amazing, the service, the food, and the atmosphere is top notch... IN NASHVILLE. This location however is absolutely awful. We were seated promptly as we had reservations. As we sat wondering where I wait staff was 17 minutes later we were given water and told the bartender would be "taking care" of us. Well she didn't pay us any attention until she saw us both looking at her. When she f8nally made it to the table we had been waiting for like 20 minutes... Well we ordered. The drink I wanted... The FROZEN pomegranate margarita wasn't available because the machine was not working. So then I order another tequila based drink minus the ice.... The first one came and boom there's ice in it....they take it back and bring me one without. Next the food... My friend got the big mack like burger he asked for EXTRA SAUCE not just sauce on the side ... They put ZERO SAUCE on their burger and gave the extra and charged 2$ which would have been fine if it were EXTRA SAUCE but it wasn't it was jus sauce on the side. I got this week's special a "chopped cheese" it was terrible... Literally just a burnt paty with ño sauce oh yeah we added bacon thy forgot the bacon but charged for that as well. She said she removed it from the check but who knows at this point I was jus ready to go. But alas! We ordered fries with their burger and those didn't come out with the food so she had to return to the kitchen to get those.... Overall it was a sh!t show and we will not be back! The bartender did what she could but the kitchen messed up everything. And it was sooooooo hot in there! It wasn't even busy in the restaurant idk maybe they had lots of to go orders or the kitchen staff just can't read and don't know what a chopped cheese is or a burger done at med temp bc ours were beyond well done burnt. I'm embarrassed because I...
