My brother was the one that showed me this site because he wanted this bag it was going to be a gift from me to him . I live in Oregon he lives in Washington so I ordered it and when he received the package it was not what we had payed for .. we had payed for the large tote and got a tiny wine bag a fifth of the size . Although we know it’s a small company mistakes can happen so I reached out to customer service letting them know what had happened and instead of fixing the problem and being like “you know let us send you the right one it’s our mistake “ NO they told us to send the wrong one back the one that they had messed up our order on and then they would send the right one .. like i am not going to pay for shipping to get it sent back and then for them to ship the right one back to me waist my time and money just to fix there mistake am sorry but that’s BS i have worked with big companies and little ones and when they have made a mistake they take full responsibility and don’t make me go through more than what i have to .. I don’t recommend there customer service but to be honest there...

I love your company guys. But the maple syrup is not on par with the Old tall bottle. This verson is not as rich or aged to the same flavour profile in which I fell in love with. The hot sauce is just ok. I bought two of each and gave away the 2nd bottles to my friend. I hope he likes it. The brittle is ok not better then See's candy. The bourbon balls were very rich and sweet but lacked the beautiful Pappy whiskey flair. I will continue to support your business. I loved the Old Rip glasses. Made 2 orders right before Christmas and received both on time. The first order was packed by Alex and done perfectly! The second had no packed by card and wasn't done quite as well be only had minor damage to the maple syrup paper band, but I had ordered 2 and just made that one mine so no worries.
