Friends Hookah Cafe — Restaurant in Louisville

I am 24 and I thought since this place was on bardstown it might cater to a college crowd. Wrong. As soon as we walked in I noticed it was a very young crowd. We had a group of 3 so we were required to purchase 2 hookahs that totaled around $27. We went to the back because the front was full and I literally didn't want to sit anywhere. Both the floor and the furniture were dirty a tattered. There were no tables. There was mismatch wallpaper stapled to wall and I literally asked the other parties if they felt like this was worth their money. We decided to stay since she already paid credit.
