If I could give zero stars, I would even negative. Numerous trips redoing my original review. Today was kind of the last straw for McDonald’s. I have contacted their corporate office numerous times about this situation today I finally got a hold of the local owners at the member posted inside the building. But here is today’s events And last two visits.. Today pulled through drive-through ordered lady versus cannot hear your repeat order doesn’t post on the screen anymore so you do not know your total or what you even ordered or if they got it right. There is a gentleman in the drive-through collecting money he doesn’t pay attention to anything but either listening to his headphones or doing something else doesn’t tell your total just hands Out to take your money or card. Today a lady just had her hands out. Take the card or money. Ask her for a receipt she said she don’t have receipts yet again so this is a two month issue and I ask her if my rewards with her and she has no idea. She just gives me two dollars back well the last several trips I’ve had there. I’ve gotten even money back so the chances of getting an even dollar amount back are slim to none go to the next window ask for a receipt. It is like trying to get a law passed just to get a receipt, which is mine show what I paid. So I get it and yet I’ll have to pull around to wait for my food And a mocha, but I do get a receipt and I look at it and on the receipt granted it’s not a lot of money. They’re rounding my total up without asking me. So go inside and ask him one lady wants to see the receipt manager doesn’t care to come up even address it and I hear her tell the lady “just give him a dollar back register“. So apparently McDonald’s is deciding to round up your order without even telling you or even caring to discuss it with you, which is your right to refuse and I already donate enough. So this is quite disturbing while granted the money is not going directly in their pockets, but you’re rounding my money up and yours and not even telling you so it’s not a question of how many dollars are they doing this too? How many thousands of dollars let alone not getting orders right simple things like ordering a mocha and they’re giving you a hot chocolate? The lack of overall structure and order at this McDonald’s is Brinkly terrible. And while I was standing there, trying to discuss why they’re ran my money up somebody comes in off the street and the phone saying I’ll beat this guy down the street to get this phone back. I made them take the lock off and Something else and hand it to one of the people behind the counter. The reason we even go there cause it’s the only one around. It’s not because we like it. Read moreThis place place has to be the WORST McDonald's in the ENTIRE Midwest Ok... So I'm from Indianapolis, IN. I've been all around the mid-west and I've ordered McDonald's practically everywhere I've went. It's cheap, fast, all that stuff... This, was the worst experience EVER!! So, I came in last week at about 10 or 11pm. It took 20 minutes to get to order #1 and there was only 1 car in front of me. Then, when I finally got to the speaker in front of the menu that needs updated and is falling apart, the lady said "hold on I'm using the bathroom right quick" that disgusted me. Then, about 45 seconds later, took my order. She acted like she couldn't hear what I was asking for. All I wanted was 8 Mcchickens and 2 cups of Sprite. (My sisters were with me). Then, when i got up to the window after an additional 15 minutes, she tried to run my card and she said multiple times it wouldnt go through. (I've never had an issue with my card at ANY other McDonald's.) Come to find out days later, my bank was looking at it as FRAUD ATTEMPT. Which is concerning to me. I paid in cash. Then she gave me the sprites. BOTH were 1/3 of the way empty. Then, as we took a drink, they BOTH were flavorless. Like, they didn't have Syrup. When I addressed this, she offered to give me something else. I instead got 2 Fantas. She then, asked for the Sprites back, and right in between the car and the window, she banged both cups upside down together to cause the lids to pop off pretty much explode the sprite onto my car. I didn't say anything at the time because i was in such shock that she even did that. Then, when gave me the Mcchickens, I counted them IMMEDIATELY, and I had one missing. She wanted to act like I was lying when I Wouldn't lie about that. After finally convincing her that they made a mistake, she gave me a replacement. I also asked for 2 of the Mcchickens without Lettuce. Of course they didn't do that either. But with the way everything went there, the no lettuce was the least of my concern... This place is a disgust to be called a resteraunt serving people food. I regret even considering going here. The employees should be ashamed for being so disrespectful. The management should be absolutely ashamed the most for letting this place get to where behavior like that is considered okay. Read moreThe restaurant is ok the area in which the restaurant is located is somewhat unstable and unsavory due to the current drug and homeless epidemic in the country. Which is no fault of the business for our current state of the world we live. Now in retrospect to that I understand business is deal with a lot of disrespectful behaviors or people loitering or being destructive and their property and that all is unacceptable and I understand but it does not give them the authority to treat all people who may have a backpack or bags or a look of homelessness or assume that all people would like that and I'm not saying that this restaurant does it that much but they have been guilty of that and I understand they have to respect their paying customers as well as their establishment but they have done it but I noticed that this is a trend in many locations all over the city all over the world but regardless of their current status of homelessness or drug addiction or anything State whatever up down or good or bad Rich poor big no matter their color none of those things should anyone be mistreated or misjudged or treated in differently just because it because even they could be a paying customer that are coming with respect and treating The Establishment with courtesyeveryone should be given the same amount of fair treatment and great customer service call should not be punished due to the accident this is the means of a positive prosperous business and that is how you earn the loyalty of true customers because one day you may be down low and the next day you may be on your feet you never know just where you may be one day that customer that you treated with respect and dignity that may have been at the lowest lows or homeless or drug addicted they may change their life around in one day. Be your boss or they could be a business owner or they could be a blessing that you never knew you had all because of treating each and every one of your customers with the same great...
