This was hands-down one of the most abysmal dining experiences I have ever had. If I could give zero stars, I would. We were told the wait for food would be standard, yet we sat there for nearly a hour and 30 min before our dishes finally arrived. The biggest insult, however, was the food itself. After such an unbearable wait, you expect perfection, but what we received was the polar opposite. The pasta i ordered was and completely bland. The sauce tasted like it came straight out of a can, lacking any seasoning, depth, or freshness. Two hours of my evening were wasted, and my money was spent on food that was genuinely not "yummy." As someone who visits Italy at least once a year, I can honestly say that Pasta Garage in NuLu brings me right back there! The food is absolutely authentic and delicious — the lasagna, spaghetti and meatballs, and gnocchi are all incredible. The fried lasagna appetizer is a must-try — crispy on the outside, soft and flavorful inside.

When we ordered our food we were quoted 30 minutes for the food. I ordered the Caesar salad add shrimp. The website listed one price, the location said that's not the prices and wouldn't honor their website. After 30+ minutes the appetizers came out. After an hour some of our food came out. My Caesar salad with shrimp was hot. The lettuce was wilted and the shrimp was rubbery. I asked for a fresh meal. He brought out fresh lettuce but the same rubbery shrimp.
