I wanted this review to be great but it wasn't. The staff was nice and the food was good (more about that further on) but bottom line, it was too expensive!

We got the waygu dog (and yes 8 know that means expensive), bourbon and blue fries, and a pint of beer for $26 plus tip. The beer had a two inch head on it for $5 draft. If you are going to make me drink expensive beer, pour it right. I like good local draft (I drink it frequently) but would like a couple of cheaper options. They have cans but I'm not a fan of cans.

The dog was good, in fact the pretzel bun held up well and the dog had good snap and flavor. BUT for $13 it was skimpy. 4-4.5" 9f dog with no chips or fries for that much is not sustainable.

The fries were cooked perfectly and topped with a great tasting blue cheese and bacon topping. If anything, it might have been too much topping. We struggled to eat it all. I would get them again. In fact I would likely just get a side of fries with my dog next time, but an addition $3 on top of an already expensive dog is pushing it.

OK, I know we got the most expensive dog but even the 'regular' options start at $9. I would like to find a place with good flavor that we can stop in and get a good sausage but not sure we can afford these.

I will come back and hope my experience...

Kind of a strange place. Decor ZERO, prices a little high. BUT, BUT somehow it all WORKS. This is a hidden gem.

The hot dogs are not at all what you think of the word hot dog! The selection is very electric with great and unique flavors.

I suggest for a first time the flight of hot dogs w4 different mini dogs on really good buns Each is one of their signature combinations.

The sides were amazing. Fry's were great and crispy. Tots were just tots-- go with the fry's . The brussel sprouts were tender and topped with a delicious of bacon and I don't know but again it worked.

Warning, if you don't try the fried sour crout balls you are making a big mistake. They were unique and wonderful.

Only complaint was the limited selection of soft drinks. Just cans and bottles at really high prices. They have a full bar but no soda fountain. Strange but the entire place is a little strange

Clearly when you taste the food absolutely nothing else matters. I'll...

3.5 would be a more accurate rating. My husband ordered the Nirvana and loved it. The smoked gouda tots were also good. I ordered the Louisville, and it wasn't anything I would order again. The coney sauce/chili was very plain and I couldn't really taste the cheese. I asked for no mustard because I'm not really a mustard fan, but I can't imagine it would have made that much difference. On my order, the hot dog itself felt overcooked and rubbery and was harder to bite into than it should have been. The dog on the other was perfect according to my husband. We also had 2 kids dogs, and they were good but not anything super special. The fries and plain tots were also just ok. If you're a fan of McDs fries, you'll like them. I would prefer more crispy fries or something with a little seasoning.

Everything but the Louisville dog would have given this place a solid 4, but I give that...

Anything good you’ve heard about this place is true. When I walked in I felt like Han Solo in the Episode 7 trailer when he said chewie we’re home. The hot dogs are perfect and there’s a type of meat for everyone (including vegans) and there are several topping options. They have an insane collection of root beer to choose from. And they have beer from a couple local breweries like Against The Grain and Apocalypse. What brought me in here was their hot sauce, which is served at Monnik. It’s like a Louisiana style (like tobasco) but is so much better than anything at the store. They have a bunch of games to play for every table. The place is just perfect dude. Get on up in there

Absolutely loved this restaurant! The atmosphere is decisively relaxed. The decor modern, but not overpowering. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and refreshingly friendly. Most importantly, the food was delicious. A friend and I both had the Cali dog, and we can both report that it was delectable. While there were plainer options, I enjoyed the messy decadence this particular dog served up. While I did not drink, I did notice a very decent selection of beers. A particular point of interest was the unusually large selection of root beer. Definitely worth it!

Oh my gosh. This place was amazing! Voodoo Dogs in Tallahassee, Fl was my favorite until now. This place, in addition to having clever toppings, has clever dogs. We got a spicy red dog with Mexican street corn on top and a carrot dog (the get BIG carrots and marinate and grill them so they’re like eating a sausage) topped with hummus and veggie relish. Both were on gluten free buns. We had bourbon blue fries and a side of brussel sprouts. Both were to die for. If we ever are in the area again, we will definitely stop here.
