The Granville Pub — Restaurant in Louisville

UPDATE: I changed my 5 star review to a 2 star review. I recently visited the pub again in July after visiting in May. It was for after a high school national basketball tournament held in Louisville. We couldn't WAIT to visit here again!!! We actually planned it with other people! So we got to the pub a little after 9 pm on a Thursday night. I had my 17 and 18 year old daughters with me with others coming. I was met at the entrance and told no one under 21 was allowed. I guess the rules in the Chicago suburbs are WAY different than Louisville because as long as an adult is present while food is still being served, my kids are allowed to eat with me in a bar/pub, especially when it was barely past 9pm! So, long story short, we had to leave and find food elsewhere. In my opinion, this fact should be stated on Google or the Pub's website that FOOD can't be served to minors, even with parents present, after a certain time or on a certain night! Please note, we were able to eat at a different bar right down the road! My kids and I were extremely disappointed! And because of this, I won't be back :( But this place obviously doesn't need my business anyway, since they turned us away!!!

Stopped in before heading to the speed art museum..Service was HORRIBLE!!!... first of all waited 15 minutes to get a beer then we ordered the " Loaded Fries" and we were brought loaded nachos didn't send back because didn't want to have to wait again for the food to be remade the nachos were decent.. waiting on my second beer and ordered the wings server said we could add chips and purchase queso for an extra $1.50 so we order the chips and queso the chips tasted as if they were little bit burnt.. while waiting for my second beer by the way it said at the bar for several minutes by the time the server brought my beer there was no head on the beer.. are server didn't seem to have any sense of urgency on delivering food and timely manner and drinks... after leaving the museum we decided to go back and maybe have a couple of more drinks with some other family that we had met at the Museum ..we arrvied and was told to sit where we liked so we chose six top table well a party of two came in after us was waited on before us had to wait for a beer again and so when the girl finally brought the beer we cashed out finished our drink and left ....I was so disappointed on the lack of decent service at a restaurant!!.. we also noticed that other people at other tables were having to get up to go and ask for drinks at the bar I think you all need to come up with a better system on how to get food out and drinks out to the table in a...

Cane for burger week, sat in the back, was a bit slow, but food was good. Ordered the burger of the week, Which was amazing. Also tried fried green tomatoes, damn good, fried pickles, too salty, cheese fries, really good.. Went with two other girl friends so ordered se drinks. They were going to have someone play some music outside but we left before we heard him play. Second time I came later in the week with another friend since I was so impressed by the bourbon bacon burger. We sat inside this time, ordered two burgers, the cheese fries and two drinks.. The burgers as usual were amazing, the fries this time were soggy. Also ordered a meal Togo for my son.. So the last time I went I came with another friend and ordered the special for the two of us and was told I couldn't ordered the burger for myself only my friend. Well.. I was disappointed and didn't make a big deal, just ordered something else. I am mainly disappointed because I came here three times with friends, brought them business, ordered appetizers drinks and plan on coming in the future because of the burger.
