I hate that this is our only Dunkin option in town. I have been to so many great Dunkin's in this country but the one here has just gone downhill over the years. It has always been hit or miss on drinks, either they are way too strong or not strong enough. Today I basically got a splash of coffee in my cream. It wouldn't be a big deal if it weren't nearly every single time I go. But if they're going to expect their customers to pay more, they need to make them correctly. And the real kicker, they are now charging for pup cups, $1! For a small cup of whipped cream! I was told it was the new General Manager who decided to make this change. Sounds like greed to me. The sad part, I've read all these bad reviews and I know nothing will be done. People will come and go and still give them business.
update: I contacted Customer Service for a refund of $4.75 and I have been waiting for the owner to reach out. To date they have not. Now they're telling me that the Franchise Owner should contact me. And customer service simply will not issue the refund. At this point, I will not be returning or spending any more of my money at this Dunkin location. I got the message, loud and clear: Money is more important than retaining loyal and returning customers. Very disappointing since Dunkin has always been my top choice over all other coffee shops....
Read moreUPDATED FROM 5 STARS TO 1: This location has REALLY gone downhill in the past year. The staff used to be incredibly efficient and accurate --not to mention fun. The managers and staff cared that they got your order right and to you quickly. Now, it seems like the majority of them couldn't care less.
The last time I went inside to order (3/30/22), the young man taking my order was literally bent over the counter, leaning on his elbows with his head resting in one hand while taking my order. Once I was done bothering him by placing an order, he then immediately went to chatting with two other employees on their phones instead of helping the other staff who were trying to fulfill orders. Ten minutes later, we finally got our small order minus the donut that was ordered first. He apologized for missing it and got it right away. Perhaps if he had been less focused on chatting with his coworkers he would have remembered he had a job to perform?
The drive-thru is not any better. Be prepared to spend at least 10-15 minutes trapped in there only to get your order incorrect so be sure to check it before you leave. Every time I visit now the order is either missing items or the drink(s) are made incorrectly. We used to go here several times a week but we'll have to find another spot that cares to...
Read moreThis place has gone down hill. Grew up in the Boston area so I've been getting Dunkin Donuts for breakfast since I was 4 years old. Food at this location was never quite as fresh as it was in the Boston area, but staff and service were good so I could look past that. Over the past year, there seems to have been a lot of staff turnover, and the quality of food and service has noticeably declined. My orders are often incorrect now, and the preparation is never great (burnt or squashed bagels, etc). Over the last couple months, the drive through seems to have a new policy where they make anyone who orders anything more than a simple cup of coffee wait out by the dumpsters for their food, even at 6:30am when the rest of the parking lot, drive through, and restaurant are completely empty. One time, after waiting by the dumpsters for a while, I went into the restaurant to find my order had been ready for a while and was just sitting there. To the owner of this franchise, let me remind you that there is an Einstein's Bagels in the same parking lot. If you can't even serve me a bagel at your drive through window, then I have absolutely no reason to continue to put up with the poor food quality and service at your restaurant. I will be eating at Einstein's for now, until things change at this...
