Starbucks — Restaurant in Loveland

STARSUCKS! This place is disgusting! Flies all over the place. Thankfully I was only buying a tumbler glass. I would NEVER go here to consume anything based on the cleanliness alone. Some of the staff are not the friendliest & it took me 20 mins just to purchase the glass & there was no line. The lady who rung me up was polite but after standing there for 20 mins patiently watching the flies buzz around the food & coffee, I wasn’t interested in her sales pitch on the Christmas merchandise they’d be getting in. This location needs some serious help, leadership & a health inspection! Will not return.

UPDATE: Your response to my experience is equally disappointing. I gave my review. Do what you want with that information but it should not fall to your customers to have to ensure that this location receives the feedback given. That is the job of management, which you are not paying me to do. 1. Cashier wasn’t friendly. That’s fine. I understand people sometimes have bad days. No whip cream. No problem. Not that important.

The cashier accidentally drop the cup on the dirty ground and then pick it up and use that same exact cup to serve the drink that I ordered. What the heck? If you don’t believe me…check the camera. December 10th 2023 roughly around 2:30pm

So nice to have a drive through on this side of town. My momma heart needed it. The baristas are always so friendly in the drive thru, too. Also cant forget Evan! Hes very sweet and funny! Inside is wide open and bright and airy. I didnt mind the old one being a bit more dark and cozy but this is a nice change. It is usually always packed, so can be hard to find a table to work at.
