Update May 2022, my boyfriend unbeknownst to me ordered here again forgetting the horrible experience we previously had. They charged his card three times and told him that is was not going through because the zip code was wrong and when he called back just to ask simple questions the man working indirectly called him a liar and raised his voice. I appreciate the people that want to work but if it’s going to be in customer service, you should treat people with respect. Now he remembers why we stopped ordering from dominos.
2021: Ordered through the app, it would not go through completely but took money out of our account. I try to call the store as the app told me to do but no one answered after saying on the line 15 mins two separate times. I then drive up there where it says it’s open another 3 hours and find an empty parking lot but the lights are on and it says OPEN. Not one employee in sight though. Another car waiting left because no one showed up and they were there about 10 mins. No one else in sight, no one else in the parking lot. NEVER AGAIN. Never will order or make the mistake of giving them business. Could of at the very least answered the phone and told me how to fix the problem or let me know if it went through on their side. Read moreI will never eat here again. I ordered pizza and wings at midnight, well before closing time, and it wasn't a big order, just a pizza and some wings. I got a text saying my order was in the oven and being cooked and it would be ready between time A and time B. I got there between that time frame and as soon as I walked in and said im here for pick up, the guy who presumably the manager mutters, "your order just came in" to which I reply, no, I ordered more than 10 minutes ago and was told the pizza would be ready and should actually be in the oven, and not on the table being started just now. He corrected himself and said oh okay but thats only 10 minutes. From there, he stayed quiet till it was time to checkout, and without even hitting buttons on the register tells me to insert my card, then tells me I have "no balance" when the card reader did not even do anything. Then he clicks some buttons and the menu I was expecting to pop up, pops up.
All in all, it was horrible customer service, especially since it is them who told me my order would be ready. My order was still in the over for 5 minutes+ while my phone, and myself were in the store, telling me my order was ready. Read moreI regularly order from this Domino’s. They are impressively fast—my pizza is usually ready in about 15 minutes. I also really appreciate the text message updates after placing an order. It’s super convenient to know exactly when my pizza goes into the oven and when it’s ready for pickup.
My go-to order always includes olives, pineapple bits, cheese (I can’t remember which, but it’s good!), pepperoni, and mushrooms. But one interesting thing I’ve noticed is that the quality does vary slightly depending on who makes it. Even when I order the same toppings every time, the pizzas turn out different—sometimes they’re absolutely divine, and sometimes they’re just good. But I’ve never had a bad experience, and I’ve never had any issues with this location.
Their coupon deals are also fantastic, and I love their rewards system—every order earns about 10 points, and when you hit 60 points, you get a free large pizza.
