Taco Bell — Restaurant in Loyalsock Township

I absolutely love the food there but my experience on Saturday night was mind boggling. No one wears a name tag, so you don't know who's who.. and they all use the same register, so it was under the name Spencer. I highly doubt that was her name. She was extremely impatient while we ordered. She kept huffing and puffing very loudly and was giving us an attitude with each item we added. After the ones behind us ordered she was immediately on her phone behind the counter. We ended up waiting 13 minutes exactly for a few soft tacos, nacho fries, and a freeze drink.. The guys making the food were doing an excellent job despite the rush!! However, I really don't think she should be working the counter or drive thru with that attitude. I understand it gets frustrating but she is absolutely no team player and not friendly. You could tell she didn't want to be there.

Just be aware. The food is great but some of the employees shouldn't be working in fast food or customer service.

I would of rated a 5 because I love it there but the last few experiences with the cashiers has been way less than "average". It's enough to make me not want to eat there again. It's literally the ONLY taco bell within 45 mins to Lock Haven other than...

UNEDIBLE🔊Calling manager tomorrow- fiesta potatoes , more like ‘petrified potatoes’. Looked and smelled like what came out of the bottom of the grease trap! I could smell the grease as soon as I open the container! Also got a bean and cheese burrito. Also on edible! Old rice, half burned, old beans smelled of rotting decay, Wrapped in a stale tortilla!! I understand it is only Taco Bell, I’ve eaten at Taco Bell for the past 20+ years all over the East Coast; never ever received such poor quality!! Whoever put them in the bag should be immediately fired! Whoever is behind the counter that accepts the money and the orders should be immediately removed from their position and told to clean toilets at Best! I would not feed that food to anything besides a dumpster! Old grease old mixed together & potatoes overcooked to the point of an unrecognizable state, stale and crumbled tortillas, even the bag it was in & napkins stunk like old greasy sour food! My boyfriend was picking up an order for DoorDash with a ridiculously long line for the drive thru. Unfortunately, the lobby was closed for being short staffed. You would think that since DoorDash orders are sitting and waiting door dashers would be able to pick up from the lobby to not only prevent ordered and already prepared food to get cold, but to cause a reduction in long drive thru lines. Ok, fine, not an option. We went through the line, the black younger lady with longer corn rolls told us to pull around. So we pulled around (since she didn’t say next window). We knocked on the door since they didn’t bring anything out and she said we had to go through the line again because we didn’t pull up to the next window (not what she said). We were distraught and asked why she couldn’t get the order and she ignored us and other dashers wondering the same thing and placing the blame on us for not doing “as she asked.” Boyfriend reached out to door dash to Communicate with manager with no greater resolve.
