KFC — Restaurant in Loyalsock Township

This will sound like exaggeration because it's so utterly ridiculous, but I swear it is not. We've lived in Williamsport for 21 years and attempt the KFC about 3-4 times a year because the anger from the last time has worn off and "this will be the time they finally get it right." Wrong. Do the math: 21 years times 3 or 4 is anywhere from 63 to 84 consecutive times they have completely screwed up our order. An utterly ridiculous management and staff. Either the business model is to hire the most ridiculously incompetent people they can find or the management is universally inept. Don't go here. Save yourself the anger and frustration. I placed an order online for myself and family. I went to pick it up, and the only thing in the bag was the sides. I informed the employee immediately, and after almost 15 minutes, he came out with a bag. It was packed with food so I assumed it was all there. I got home, and found many of the items still missing. I called the store to get a refund for the missing items, but was told that "my only options are to have the order remade or get a voucher." I chose to have it remade. I arrived back at the restaurant and a new order was sitting there, but stone cold. Other than "remake it," they could do nothing. Apparently the restaurant cannot provide a refund for food that was not provided, and can't provide a warm meal. The "manager" could...

Oh boy oh boy! This place is bad... The service is slow and confused. Alreay waited 20 minutes inside before the clerk told me it would be faster going thru the drive thru! No other customers were in line.

The place is dirty and when they get busy the counter where they get the orders together is such a mess its looks like someone voimited all over.

The food is bad, bad, bad. Tiny portions , tiny, tiny scoup of potstoes, always out ot bidcuits and chicken strips are always so dried up and chewy...like jerkey. The dinning area looks like third class sterage on the Titanic...not nice, too many tables jammed together.

Soda never tastes right. 75% of the time, order is wrong. Lewisburg location and Lock...
