Went here last night for a nightcap and to catch up with some friends we hadn’t seen in awhile. The owner approached our table after about 30 minutes of us being there, called our friends a homophobic slur mixed with some expletives (literally the first words out of his mouth) and had the security cops escort us out. It shouldn’t need to be said, but to be clear, there was no reason for this provocation - we were chatting/catching up at a quiet table in the corner. The owner said he did not want “f * q *” at his bar. I was told by one of the men who came over with the owner that “oh no, it’s not you sweetie, you’re fine, it’s them” when I pressed him for why this was happening. Completely unacceptable.
