McDonald's — Restaurant in Lynnwood

This more than I would have had it been me. I’m sure that this is a regular encounter for the staff at McDonald’s for people to come in and talk down to the people serving them their food which in my opinion is an incredibly poor taste. However the staff never seems to lose their ability or tact to do their job and keep a smile on their face even in the face of horrible customers. That said if it were just everyone else I would be giving us a five star however this location has made the horrible mistake of promoting a downright awful little girl to be one of the head managers she goes by the name Genesis and not only did she never learn the whole the customer is always right but she chose to take a job as a higher authority and completely abuse that status not only with the customers but with the staff as well she is horribly unprofessional with customers myself included bringing me to not only not want to bring my family to this location despite the fact that the rest of the staff is wonderful but seeing how she “manages her staff as if they are dogs she is rude unprofessional it does not come anywhere near curate her self In an appropriate manner at a place like McDonald’s that might as well be Chuck E. Cheese a place where children go to laugh and play and eat horrible Lee unhealthy food it’s there right of passage and to have this little girl managing this place makes me fearful for the safety of my food not to mention her choice of excess arising dressing like some kind of a thug’s in an all women’s jail or something she looks like a villain she acts like a villain and she chose today of all days to Metaphorically spit in my face instead of correcting the understandably mistake in order that I was all too compassionate about she chose this opportunity to stand over me with a sore attitude right off of the batNot for one minute thinking that my family and myself have incredible miss fortune both health and financially. I had simply asked for a refund for a order that was made wrong and that I had to replace by buying a second meal already never have I had so much trouble for an $18 refund but this little girl decided that she would take the opportunity to make me feel like I was asking for more than I was insisting that she would remake the meal that I already already had to replace not to mention I didn’t trust the food after dealing with a girl w that kind of extremely rude demeanor. So I pray that management takes in account. There is a way to do your job and then there’s the wrong way to do your job you can do your job with kindness and compassion there’s no need to utilize a job as a nice place for you to let out anger and what have you a place for you to punching bag the customers and the employees to make yourself feel big if that’s how you live your life please find a job that is more appropriate for those needsAnd please promote the wonderful staff that you already have working there because this girl clearly belongs working at a county jail as a guard correctional officer something of that nature where her angry demeanor and offsetting and unapproachable presence would be...

Went tonight. Sat for 15 minutes in my car in standby. Got the wrong order, then my order came he handed the bags to me and took off back inside. I check my bags and he had packed the boxed burgers sideways so when I picked them up they opened immediately and the patties slid out and ketchup everywhere. Irritated I went inside and stated my problem and the girl at the counter immediately offered to remake the whole bag but I told her to just make the items that fell through and get me a new bag and some napkins then I see the guy who ran me out my order pack another drive-thru order in the same fashion so I called the girl back over and told her that he's packing everyone's order this way some people might not even check their bags until they get home so she goes over and talks to him and he immediately cuts her off and says it wasn't me and so she tries to talk to him again and he said I don't I didn't do it and so frustrated she walked away I finally got my food and she even offered to throw in a fry or a cookie but I declined and went home with my food. 25 minutes from ordering to driving away. Ive gotten wrong orders from this location for years but today was the straw. There's like 6 other McDonald's in Lynnwood if not more. Not...

Eat somewhere else! First time I came here, I ordered 2 plain fillet-o-fish, had to wait in the side for them to finish, only to realize that they messed up my order and put tarter sauce all over it, had to go in and wait another 10 minutes to get a replacement fillet-o-fish. 2nd time I was thinking oh well mistakes happen, only for them to screw up my order again by doing the same mistake and putting tarter sauce all over my fillet-o-fish, not to mention having in the side and going in and ordering a replacement fillet-o-fish and having to wait another 10 minutes. 3rd time I ordered another 2 plain fillet-o-fish, and made sure this to tell them no tarter sauce, only for them to screw up yet again and put cheese in one of them, had to go in yet again, and wait another 10 minutes for them to get a replacement fillet-o-fish, only this time, said fillet-o-fish was filled with ranch 🤦‍♂️, and since I didn’t want to cause a scene, I took it and left.
